Betsy does a wonderful job start to finish. She takes the time to understand what you are looking for with your service. She then carries it out, in a relaxed yet professional way. I’ve never been disappointed and leave the salon feeling very pampered. From my first appointment with Betsy, she made me feel extremely comfortable, as if I’d known her for a very long time. I highly recommend her!

Betsy is the best! When I first met her she really took her time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a cut and in making my hair health a priority. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the products she uses; and uses high quality products to help restore and protect her clients hair. Every time I leave the salon I am always so happy with my experience. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair but Betsy!

Betsy is truly amazing with hair. She listens to what you want and knows what will look good. She’s been cutting my hair for several years now and she was the only one I trusted to do my hair for my wedding. She made it look amazing and I got so many compliments. I can’t imagine going to any other hairdresser.

I have been a client of Betsy since she was a student. I was so happy to find someone so talented. I have followed her ever since. I came in with several photos of styles and colors I liked. She did a thorough job listening to everything I liked about each one and asked questions to make sure she understood my expectations. Her work is nothing short of amazing! She has a lifelong client with me. Would highly recommend.

A trip to Betsy's salon is a real treat! After a long time of growing out my hair my daughter treated me to a visit to her stylist Betsy! What a treat! Betsy took time to listen to my desires, made suggestions and gave me a cut and style that has been perfect for me! She suggested products that would help my tired needy hair and they have worked amazingly! I love the Davine's OI All In One Milk spray I use each time before drying my hair. What a difference! I am sad though that my daughter has moved away and I won't be able to get a cut and style on my visits from Ohio. Will you pick me up at the airport Betsy? I wish! My visit to Trouvaille Salon was life changing!

I love Betsy and her cozy space at the top of the stairs. She provides everything I could ever want from a haircut. Aside from her impressive knowledge and skill, her products are top notch. She gives an incredibly relaxing shampoo. AND she has trail mix :) I always always always leave her chair in a better mood. I would (and do) absolutely recommend her to anyone who is interested!

Betsy with Trouvaille Salon is amazing. She actually listens to what you want. She always makes sure the hair cut is something that works for me & my lifestyle. In addition, Trouvaille uses products that are more natural and dont make you feel weighted down. They smell great!!

100% recomend to all my friends and family. I've been going to Betsy for 4 years and refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. My hair type is brittle and she works very well with it, always making me look and feel my best even when just getting a trim. The product line,
Davines, is this lovely Italian brand that smells amazing and works very well. The calming shampoo is wonderful, after using aveda for a long time I switched to Davines, and I find the products to be more workable and effective. The salon is adorable and welcoming, and Betsy always personalizes your appointment with a head/hand massage, wine, or treat. Hair appointments feel like little spa sessions here-- I recomend you book an appointment and find out for yourself :)

If you want the best for your hair then this is the place to visit. Betsy pampers you, listens to you, and best of all she works with you to make your hair look amazing. Don't waste your time by going to an inferior salon with inferior products. Treat yourself and see Betsy.
