KWIK TRIP #857

An outstanding Kwik Trip. Got some gas, some groceries, and a gift card for one of our kids. Lots of selection of food and beverages. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Pulled into Kwik Trip cuz we can't see out of the windshield and of course we're out of ww fluid! Can't even get the hood open.
We bought the fluid and to our surprise KT employee Joseph popped the hood & added the ww fluid. He refused to take any money for his effort. Only said we could thank him by driving safely.
What a nice guy. We were so incredibly grateful!!! Joseph gets our vote for KT employee for the week/month/year.
This was Thursday, January 18th around 10:45.

Kwik trips in general are usually a cut above any other gas station as far as cleanliness, food quality, and service, and this location is no exception. I was in there today and in a bit of a hurry and noticed a large line had developed. Like clock work, employees filed in out of nowhere like Persians in the movie 300. The customers didn't stand a chance...... I was in and out in 2 minutes.

I'm not sure what it is about this Kwik Trip, but it's the best one I've been to in the area. Very friendly staff, and they always have fresh hot food items in the grab & go station. It's a very convenient location for me, and they now offer a gas rewards program in partnership with Festival Food.

Great place to quick grab quality food at a great price. Fried chicken is always hot and fresh. Necessities like bananas, milk and cheese are always a quick grab too! Love Kwik Trip!

The workers here are always extremely nice. The hot food is great especially if you're on a long trip and need something good to eat. They have a lot of essential things you need for a road trip. Store was clean

A fantastic store with great employees. They offer a wide selection of items consisting of beverages which are both hot and cold, and includes everything from water to soda to energy drinks and coffee. As well as a good selection of food items ranging from snack foods such as popcorn or chips to entree items such as sandwiches or meat dishes. They also have a very good selection of treats, which includes pastries, cookies, donuts, cheesecakes, and other sweet dessert items that pretty much includes anything that you might want.

helpful in coming out to the gas pump and show me how to
use it for the 1st time (Senior ). Truly appreciated !!!

On Thursday, 1/2/2020, I went in to get 2 of the 12oz smoothies because I had a coupon from the newspaper. I followed the process on the screen, just as I had previous times as well, and this time my cup was shredded and there was no shut off button. The male cashier, (unsure of his name but it was around 7pm and he had fairly light brown hair) was quickly over to help me out and clean up the mess, and I attempted to help him out as well. Once we got it cleaned up, he stood by as I tried it again (because why not right?) and I was successful finally. He gave me another coupon, simply just telling me it was not my fault, and once I made my second one successfully, I went to the counter, he checked me out, and I ended up with not only the one free from the coupon I had brought, but both free from the coupon he gave me!! I wish I would’ve caught his name, but he was very kind and helpful, and I appreciate his help.

Love this place!! They have everything and might even have the kitchen sink. I would say it is a step beyond a convenience store/gas station. They also have a car wash/vacuum/free air and wood for the fireplace. Not to mention, some of the best customer service skills I have encountered in ages!

5 stars. Love this kiwi trip, it has everything I could ever want. The employees are always friendly and profession. Josh is an exemplary employee and a staple to the franklin Kwik Trip, his razor sharp wit and emended knowledge of all things quick trip keep me coming back. He is a golden example of extraordinary customer service and relations.

By far the best kwik trip ive entered and the Store Manager Christian was super nice. Its always clean too and smells good

My local station. It's hard to get excited about a gas station but this place is about as close as you'll get. Always clean and well stocked with a friendly and courteous staff. Good car wash and free air. All you could want in a gas station and more. My only criticism is that they haven't sold me a jackpot-winning lottery ticket yet 😉

Amazing/welcoming staff, great food, cheap gas.

Great service! Our tire went flat late at night and we couldn't get the lug nuts off. After numerous attempts and dealing with two overtired toddlers, Mitch offered to give my husband a ride home to get his tools saving us a lot of time and stress. Thank you!

Extremely positive experience. Prices fairly high but this is not your average convenience store. Fresh fruit and veggies are fair in price, and truly fresh.

Very friendly workers, except one young man. Good cookies, great cinnamon rolls, decent prices. Clean restrooms & store.
