Having a Festival Foods is a great option. It has many of the same items as some of the other local food stores. The things that are markedly different include; much more space for shopping, wide isles and great signage. In addition, these are some of the most helpful staff that I have encountered. People go out of their way to insure you are finding your items. The deli and meat departments are large and have great selections.

This store is bright, clean, and modern, with a wide selection for the size of the store. Staff are everywhere and very friendly, and specifically Dean belongs on the front page of the Festival website for not only excellent service but he’s also a total dilf too, he’s excellent Festival model material. Food is always fresh and is orders of magnitude tastier than anything near me in Illinois (yes, this is worth the 1 hour drive across a state line to shop at); I’ve seen people complain about higher prices at Festival’s stores compared to competitors, but you have to remember that you’re paying for better service and easier, cleaner shopping. My only wish is that they would add the in store cafe seen at West Allis and Greenfield, having Caribou hot chocolate and fresh Wisconsin popcorn is VERY nice on cold Wisconsin winter mornings

Edit 10/12/2023: I now live in Indiana and I drive from Indianapolis occasionally to shop here when I visit family in Illinois

Incredibly friendly staff, nice wide aisles, great lighting. If you have food allergies or are looking for vegan or vegetarian options, they have a good variety and 2 aisles dedicated to them, both dry and frozen/refrigerated. I also appreciate the humor, one aisle (I think #6) has a category of "Lost Spouse." I saw this at the store on 27th Street, too, but theirs was Isle #3. The sense of humor makes me smile. I've stopped going to the nearest Kroger partner store (Metro Market) as their staffing has severely been reduced leading to long lines, and the aisles are always cluttered with pallets waiting to be stocked so you have to constantly navigate obstacles and other shoppers. No problem like that at Festival. Also, Festival's meat counter always has amazing cuts of meat.

This was our first visit. The store was very clean and ALL of the staff were very, very friendly and helpful. The store very generously gave away 12 items worth $45 to all veterans with a $20 purchase. Wow! Who doesn't want a free pound of delicious Kretschmer ham? The produce was beautiful and the Deli was huge with a large variety of Deli meats, salads and ready made meal items. The prices were a little high on some items, but we will be back. Thank you, Festival Foods, for your generosity in giving back to veterans!!

I've been in this store a couple of times, mostly to just pick up a few things. After visiting with my wife this Saturday, I'm sorry that I haven't become more of a regular. Several things stood out. All of the numerous staff that we encountered greeted us warmly and asked if there was anything that they could help with. In another one of the big local chains, you'd have to look hard to find someone to assist and then there'd be a good chance that they were mostly clueless as to where find something. I also found the store to be very clean, organized and well stocked. I'll be shopping here regularly from now on.

I like the fact that one can walk through the isles and not having things in them, because their pushing products on to the customer, very clean, clean bathrooms, plenty of place with out walking halfway through the parking lot to return the carts, prices maybe higher but everyone has a price they will pay for a product, wish they would put one in Waterford Wisconsin we need more competition and from I had mentioned it would be very easy to make a go there, the only place I've been to around the country that meets this quality would be Winco Foods out west, keeping it simple, I would think can't be that hard these day and Festival foods keeps it simple

Festival Foods opened their doors to Veterans on November 11. My wife came along and was blown away with the free gifts 🎁 of food. As a Marine vet of the Vietnam War I was blown away too and enjoyed talking with other veterans. That was a bonus and probably the generous owner didn't even know that "brothers in arms" connections mean alot.

Clean store. Friendly staff!

This store is diffrent. Better than Pick N Save and Woodmans and Walmart.

Prices are a little higher but they have good deals!

I love the Sushi on Wed. ❤🫶

I love that they opened up a store closer to the Milwaukee area. I visited the one in Kenosha a few years ago, and was happy to see that this store also has a level 2 charger for electric cars.

I've been finding myself coming here more than compared to Pick 'n Save partly because of the availability of the charging station, and mostly because they usually have pretty good deals inside too.

Great grocery store, but it's definitely not inexpensive. Very clean, and all the employees I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

This store is always clean and well-stocked. The cashiers are friendly, and many of the floor workers will greet you when they pass by. The store is run efficiently. They have a huge well-stocked meat section. I especially love the fact they carry so many local Wisconsin company products--as well as many Midwest family-owned brands.

the employees are absolutely fantastic - they always put the customer first. amongst many great interactions, I had the best today this morning at around 8:30. I came into the store because I was looking for sushi (forgot to make lunch for work). they didn’t have any (which is a testament to them making their sushi fresh every day). It was unfortunate but I tried thinking of other ideas. I came back to the sushi counter when the lady had put more food out, and she offered to make me my own roll (when they were not already out). she knew I was heading to work and in a rush because she whipped it up very fast. I know it is a small thing, but she stopped what she was doing just to help me out. overall, very satisfied

I stopped at your store to purchase a bottle of Maker’s Mark Kentucky Bourbon that was on sale at a very good price but was sold out. I walked over to the service counter and asked if the store would be receiving another shipment. The person behind the counter said yes on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and the woman in charge of wine and spirits said that the store is expecting the shipment later that day. I said that I would call later but she volunteered to call me when it arrived. Within an hour she called and said the shipment was in and a bottle would be at the service counter with my name on it. As a former sales manager at a manufacturing company I would say this was outstanding service by your employee. I don’t know her name but she was working in that department on Tuesday of this week. Please pass this on to her if possible.
