Always a wonderful experience. I have bought many pieces of jewelry , had several several custom made pieces and plenty of graduation. And birthday gifts, and the attention to what their customers want and the advice and help have been a huge help to me over the years. Wonderful customer. Everyone I have dealt with have been generous with their time, friendly and always have a smile. Plus they have some amazing custom designs you cannot find anywhere else and the quality of their stones top notch

I was looking for a special piece of jewelry and had gone to the familiar jewelers websites and stores and didn’t find what I wanted. I noticed Art Jewelers in a shopping center near me and decided to go in. What a great experience! We were greeted by Laura, and she asked if she could help. I described what I was looking for and with her help I found the perfect piece, a beautiful ring. I love the selection of settings, and they even have loose stones they can set if you like the setting but prefer a different stone.

Laura carefully measured my finger to size the ring, and was able to get the ring sized that afternoon. I am soooo pleased! I will visit them first from now on.

Art Jewelers did an incredible job designing and creating my beautiful ring! Lauren was so patient and wonderful, she took the time to really listen, and explained all of the options. Then she was able to take everything I was thinking and relay it so that the jeweler could make the image in my head a reality. They exceeded my expectations!

This jewelry store is wonderful!! I was able to have a ring sized and earring made into a necklace all completed in a week! Professional and not pushy! Beautiful pieces for purchase or for design. Highly recommend!!

If i could give 100 stars I would!! I walked in today needing my engagement ring sized down. Originally I was told I would have to leave the ring for a week, which seemed very reasonable but I’ve only had it for 6 days and wasn’t wanting to part with it. Laura, who I think was the woman who helped us, ended up talking with the owner. Long story short i had my ring resized and back on my finger within 45 minutes. I am beyond impressed with the customer care, clean work, and amazing staff! Thank you so much for exceeding my expectations!

Dave Meadows and Laura were absolute gems to work with. Dave had originally set my engagement ring last year. He was able to fix my fiancés necklace, resize my engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands with incredible accuracy, and multiple tries to get the perfect fit. Their patience, kindness and standard is why we drove 5 hours from FL to an appointment with them.

I wouldn’t recommend any other jeweler.

I have never posted a review, but Art Jewelers went above and beyond and I just had to share. I had tried to get my husband’s ring engraved at a different jewelry store and they had it for repair for 4 weeks and it still wasn’t done. I finally got it back the day before we were leaving for our 10th wedding anniversary trip. As a last effort, I found Art Jewelers and they were able to get it engraved and back to me in time for my trip and I was able to give it to my husband as part of his anniversary gift. They are AMAZING and so sweet and I will definitely be using them for all of my future jewelry needs.

Professionally skilled young lady... plus good-looking. She generously offered to clean the gold-plated earring for free. However, I was wondering if this pretty girl had the skill and knowledge to do the job. She did it.

The owners and staff there are all so VERY knowledgeable and courteous, just a joy to deal with; they are straight talkers who truly want to help you with your jewelery, watches, diamonds... whatever you're looking to purchase. Their custom work is impeccable.
For myself, I trust them as I have had great experiences with purchases there and I now go there first and only because I know I will be treated fairly and with respect... all the staff are so easy to talk to, and their main goal is my satisfaction.
There are very few places for which I will take the time to submit a survey... this is one of them and for good reasons.

I just brought two watches in for repair and was greeted very nicely when walking in for my first time ever. Both of the watches simply needed new batteries for a nominal charge of which they only charged me for one.
The folks that helped me were extremely nice as well as very informative about the inner workings of one of my watches possibly needing to be rebuilt in the future. They also gave me the measurements for ordering a new watchband online and told me that they’d be happy to put that on for me should I have any difficulty once it is delivered.

Great customer service and fast repair of my tennis bracelet. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase quality jewelry and/or repair of your current jewelry. Extremely pleased with the service and also very affordable.
