Fountainbleau Self Storage - New Orleans

Visited the facility to take a look at a music studio. The store manger was very nice I think her name was Kayla. Customer service was on point and she was able to explain all the requirements and even gave some fun facts about the property from back when it was a hotel. The building could use some updates and there were some unsavory characters hanging around but she assured me the facility had several security measures in place like camera, after hours monitoring, and gates surrounding the whole property.

The customer service was outstanding! The price was unbelievably low. I am actually going to get another storage to help unclutter my home because the prices are so reasonable!!! The only thing I didn’t like is the dolly’s are in horrible condition and it made it hard transporting my boxes to my storage. Please invest or repair the dolly’s

Well bring a new customer ave it bring my first time using this company; I can honestly say that I would definitely use them again in the future if needed and would recommend them to family and friends... The prices are reasonable and the service was fast and very respectful and explained everything so I could understand how things worked with ease....I give them 5 stars....

Very good selection of different types and sizes of storage units. The staff are exceptional at the people skills they have. At all the operating hours of the day, you are going to get service from them with a smile 😁 and respect.

I don't like the price gouging because it is not temp controlled like they say. And bugs are in there but I need it and they are safe.

Fountainbleau is awesome! Great customer service, fast check in, and great prices. We had an incident of losing our keys while at the storage unit and they were super quick to help us problem solve! Definitely recommend them

Had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly. The facility is secure. Requiring acess codes to get in gates and to access the buildings.

The ladies at the front were 😍 amazing. They helped me pick the right unit for my needs.

Not only is it affordable to store your things here, but the staff go above and beyond to make sure that you have a smooth move in and out of your unit. They let you know about promotions as well to help you save money, and all around I would totally rent a storage space from them again. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

First and foremost, they are a local business where you can reach someone by phone rather quickly! Everything was clearly explained. And I got and was charged for exactly what we agreed on. (I had just been scammed by 2 companies)

The building is pretty old, not air conditioning, and no light. They are upfront about the details and very kind!

The online service was no fuss & easy, the staff is extremely prepared very polite; they welcomed & readily accommodated my storage needs. The facility is clean & well kept, I for sure would recommend to others.

Front desk is simply amazing! They are willing to show you unit after unit (reasonably, of course) until you find the perfect fit. They also possess the ability to remain down to earth while also being very professional while handling your storage needs.

I loved my unit so much that I got a second one! Yep…there are creepy reviews but the storage spaces and prices can’t be beat. Also, an amazing community of creatives rent spaces here. If you’re a visual artist or musician I think it’s worth checking out!
