We have had a most pleasant experience at Furniture Mart on 110 Service Rd Location.. We purchased two recliners! The Sales Person Jack was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Jack. Highly Recommended👍👍👍 our recliners were delivered September 20. The delivery persons were professional and Friendly. Well pleased with the whole process 😃😃😃😃

Went to location in New Orleans had a great experience. Our sales associate was Jack. Jack gave us excellent customer service and made us feel like valued customers. We were looking for living room and bedroom furniture, and Jack was able to help us find furniture that met our needs. We did end buying some great furniture. We just moved to New Orleans and needed furniture for our new home. Jack was really welcoming.

He was patient and knowledgeable about his merchandise. The merchandise is in great condition and the prices are super affordable. I'm always going to give furniture mart 5 ✨ because I love this place and the owner 3years ago called me personally and listen to my concerns and I can say he cares about his customers thank you so much I visit the store on11/6/23 to look at some bedroom furniture and to see what they had on clearance I saw the otterman that they told me that they didn't have 3years ago to go with my living room set they not only had 1but 2 1on sale for $199and the other for $149 I went to get the manager and explained to him he went and pulled my information up on the computer and seen that I didn't pay for it I told that I would but I was told that they didn't have any otterman for that living room set and that the set was discontinued I was so upset I walked out of the store mad SMH

I have shopped at Furniture Mart New Orleans several times and omg Jack is so wonderful. He has always given me and my husband the best customer service. I will forever shop here and I will always recommend him to all my family and friends.

Been shopping with furniture mart since 2002 never had an issue with there furniture. As a matter of fact one bedroom set I purchased in 2002 from them is still in my family only thing I changed was the mattress set of course we all should changed that atleast 8 months to a year. The customer service is always amazing. No I can't afford to spend this kind of money but I spend my money where I'm respected and treated like a person who deserves the best of the best. THANKS TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE I'LL BE A ONE OF 2 OF YOUR LACATIONS VERY SOON!!!
