Used South-East Painting for two bedrooms and a bathroom! I needed them to squeeze the work in before my organizer came in and did a closet system and installed a desk and shelves. Really high quality work with high quality paint! Bryce, the owner was responsive and just an overall nice dude. Amos came to handle most of the job; he was very professional and considerate while I was working from home and we were buddies by the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Bryce went above and beyond when he fully repainted our Roswell home last summer - which included an unexpected partial screened-in porch rebuild after finding structural deterioration caused by carpenter ants when he was prepping our house for painting. He was highly knowledgeable and a great communicator throughout the whole process. Plus he and his team (which was usually just one other painter - not random workers who were in-and-out, but faces you came to know and expect each day!) were reliable and consistent.

I was immensely impressed with this company and the manner in which its leader conducted himself. Bryce personally walked the job site with me. My questions were met with well-thought out responses that demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of painting, maintenance, repairs, and general construction information that suggested him to be very experienced. Today the usual scenario when you hire a “contractor” is that you are sent an individual who behaves like he is a worker or supervisor or project leader but is nothing more than a salesman who actually has a knowledge level of your home improvement needs that is likely dwarfed by your own and usually can’t answer most of your questions or makes up answers - you usually can see through this quickly. If you hire such a company, that sales person who is commissioned winds up being your point of contact for the remainder of the project and the complaints when it is done - a recipe doomed to failure. but with Southeast the owner evaluates your project carefully, and there is NO DOUBT that this man knows what he is talking about when he answers your questions.
We were pleased with the actual work - all courteous workers displaying high degree of professionalism, and respect for the property, the lawn, your convenience, and no loud disruptive noise and music. In addition, the pricing was reasonable and considering the quality of the work represented excellent value.
Everything was put back together perfectly and our house looks like new.
In addition, Bryce and his team excel in their knowledge of different paint products, and in color selection, and color matching.

Bryce and his team did the exterior painting of our townhouse a few months ago. We thought they did a pretty good job. We recently decided to also do the indoor painting, which was sorely needed. We have been in our house for 19 years and there was a lot of work to be done, including a few drywall repairs (in ceiling areas). We contacted several companies to get estimates but most of them did not even bother to respond. Bryce sent an estimate which we thought was more than fair and we decided to go with him again. We were not disappointed: they did the whole house in 5 days, which may be the norm, we do not know, but to us it looked like it was an enormous amount of work to manage in very little time. Bryce and his team were punctual, efficient, immediately responsive to any request, and given the nature of the project (we have a lot of stuff and I mean, a lot), they were not invasive in the least. Communication with Bryce was excellent (he can explain what it going on in simple and accurate terms), and he knows how to manage his people. All in all, a great experience. We recommend Bryce without any reservation.

I needed pressure washing and staining of the exterior of my house. I was going to interview at least 3 companies before selecting one. I called South-East Painting first. Bryce came out to my house and we discussed the work. I felt very good with what Bryce said about the work and with him as a person. I strongly felt that I needed not look any further and hired him on the spot. Everything went better than I hoped. Bryce carefully listened to me and offered helpful suggestions. The work was promptly completed and at a very reasonable price. I later had South-East Painting paint the interior of my home as well as pressure wash and stain my two decks. My home looks beautiful.

Our lovely old home had to have major stucco repair, and after we did that, it was obvious we needed a new paint job. After receiving various quotes, we went with South-East because not only were they the best quote, they were the only ones who came out and walked our property and talked with us. They fit us in nicely to their schedule, the fellows were courteous, thorough and polite. They are hard workers and do a great job. Looking forward to hiring them again for some indoor work!

I had a friend recommend SEP. It's so hard to find quality and trustworthy contractors today. Not only were their prices competitive, but their crew came in and knocked out some heavy work in an appropriate amount of time. The sheet rock and trim work was great, but the prep work shows in the quality of the paint job. I would not go anywhere else.

Bryce and his team did an excellent job on our home and deck! Not only did they paint, prep and caulk, they identified and remedied minor wood issues. In 2016, we had three contractors come out to bid on painting the exterior and interior of our home. After meeting with Bryce Benefield at Southeast Painting, his proposal was so much more detailed and specific than the other proposals that we received. He provided a breakdown of his work in phases which allowed us to see exactly what he planned, the amount of time allocated and the cost per phase along with the total cost and time from start to finish. The cost was very competitive and we hired him, knowing we were getting great value and a true craftsman for our project.

Prior to his date to begin work, we bought a new home. Bryce gave us quotes on cost and time for the entire interior of this 4 sided brick home and his company began work on the new house immediately after closing. We were very happy with the work and with the fact that he was so amenable working with us to push back the start date at our original home until we moved out.

Eighteen months later, we decided to renovate our basement and we immediately contacted Bryce. The scope of work included removing wood paneling and installing new flooring, new window trim, and painting the entire space. Bryce and company did an excellent job. Working with Bryce is so nice and worry free because he is so professional and detailed oriented, plus he is very approachable and a delight to work with.
