There were a ton of people shopping for shoes on the day we went to get my son some shoes. I was thinking it would take forever, but Najee was so efficient. My 11 year old even commented, “he’s a really hard worker.” We were so impressed that we waited around after finding the perfect size to get his name so that we could mention it in the review.

Jaden and Simeon went the extra mile to make sure that my daughter’s shoes fit comfortably and she got the color she wanted too!

Lots of sporting goods to peruse. Friendly and helpful sales people who are available but not too pushy. Quiet and pleasurable shopping experience.

Really like the diverse options for apparel and workout equipment. The store well maintained and the layout is easy to navigate.

Well stocked with popular sporting items. Friendly sales people that are always willing to help.

Wry helpful for helping my son get a gel insert for his soccer cleats. The salesperson was kind enough to take it out of the package and let my son try it on. Good store this one

On 7/31/2020, Jason went above & beyond in helping me tie down my kayak with the straps that I bought.
It was so hot outside, about 95° with high humidity & no shade but he never complained & even kept his mask on.
What an awesome employee you have in Jason. He was truly concerned for my safety. I made the 5.5 hour drive to FL feeling so much more secure.

Went today to buy a bike and everyone in the store was just so kind and helpful. The genuine kind not the “I work here so I have to be kind” kind lol. Specially Hugo, Steve and Justin. Definitely will be coming back to this store 💜💜💜💜

Love this place. They have everything for my whole family. I play softball, my son play high school football( DECATUR BULLDOG) and wifey play kickball. Great prices and customer service is on point. Those young folks really no how to talk to ppl, big ups to management!!

Very nice visit. Went to buy running shoes. Good service all around. I like the idea that you could look and try on shoes instead of the person going back and forth. Need more than just one person in the shoe department. But over all it was Good. 5 *

Hugo in bikes was QUITE helpful. Needed a replacement seat for kids bike, bought the wrong one, and associate chased me down in the parking lot to come back inside to get the right one Hugo had found. Great customer service!

I purchased a GT aggressor bike today. The customer service was great Steve helped me and so taught alot about the differences in bikes. He has alot of knowledge and also has superb customer service. I will be back to this location to purchase another bike from Steve. Definitely recommended.

I bought a basketball and the warranty for replacement last Christmas eve. As it turns out, I was a couple days past the warranty this year and they still honored the warranty. Because of that, I decided to purchase about $200 in other purchases and signed up for their Mastercard. It was the least I could do since they did right by me.

I love this Dicks...the staff and it's management go above and beyond to help you and aquire knowlegable sales reps to make the shopping experience an ease for people who need a little assistance with ensuring the right purchase. That's important to me because I don't like the inconvenience of having to do returns. The products are quality and I always find discounts.
