I needed a pair of boots asap, and I definitely scored with these boots. I can always count on DSW for my shoe game!

This store is very big and clean. Never really busy so you can take your time shopping and trying on shoes. The associate that helped me was very sweet and friendly and was taking care of multiple customers at the same time.

Larry helped me and he was so helpful and kind. Excellent customer service.

I love the selection at this store. They have a large children's section. The staff are friendly and helpful. And at the height of the pandemic, they took excellent precautions (signs about distancing, directing aisle traffic in one direction, staff wearing masks, allowing for curbside pick-up).

My wife and I went shopping for shoes and to do some exchanges at this store last weekend and the customer service we received was nothing short but AMAZING! When we first walked in we were greeted by Alex, who I believe is the manager, and during our checkout, we had a very complicated order with purchases and exchanges, Alex and I think her name was Tamita were extremely patient and friendly with us during the entire checkout process that literally took 20+ minutes. Thank you again for everything!

DSW has always been my go to store for shoes. Their clearance rack is always on point. Todays customer service was excellent. Torene was so helpful from the moment we walked in and she was friendly. She and another girl working with her rung my daughter and I up and assisted in placing my order for a shoe that wasnt in my size. They were so very nice. I will definitely return to this location.

Great selection of shoes for men and women. The customer service is always great and it always looks so neat and organized. Even the clearance rack in the back of the store. Sandals, sneakers, dress shoes, loafers, athletic flip flops etc, etc.

I love the open isles! Shoes are clearly displayed! And I never have trouble finding my size. Do urself a favor. Start in the clearance section and work your way back towards the check out! 😊Thank me later

Like the location, nice selection of shoes. I am a DSW fan so I always love going here. Whenever I need help or need to return something great customer service.

I haven't shopped here to many times, but today I had three items to return with my receipt. I had no problems of course; but, I was pleasantly surprised of the $14 credits, or points I had earned to spend from my return!

Always buy my shoes here. Recommend the rewards app highly. Sometimes the selection of sizes can be difficult but they will always order them for you online at the register!
