Embassy Suites by Hilton New Orleans

I stayed a week here during a recent work engagement at the convention center and I was comfortable the entire time. My room had a balcony with a lovely view of the city. The daily breakfast (gotta love a fresh omelet) and manager reception with various snacks were excellent. I had many chances to interact with the front desk staff who were always friendly and proved themselves to be highly trustworthy. Sa’kera, at the front desk, was wonderful and she made my stay an especially good one. I would recommend this property to anyone and I will come again when in New Orleans.

Shantria at the desk greeted me so pleasantly and made sure that my brief stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, I can't wait for another visit.

The room was very small, but the bed was comfortable in the room was clean. It did have a small balcony that had a really nice view. The staff were very helpful. When I checked out, I left behind my personal pillows and after contacting them, I was able to pick them back up Six days later when I came back to town. Very professional front desk staff.

Our usual hotel was booked up so we took a chance on this hotel. What a pleasant surprise! Everything about this place is delightful, from the amazing, spacious rooms, river views, balcony, and comfortable bed to the excellent complimentary breakfast and cool location, I would highly recommend to family and friends.

My experience was immaculate I was greeted by Diamond at the front desk and that was the beginning of an unforgettable experience. Diamond was extremely accommodating with any and every request I had she went above and beyond with her job duties. I was fortunate enough to experience Diane towards the end of my stay and she too was an amazing employee through and through. This is officially my hotel of choice from here on out 10/10:

Stood for 4 nights, the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Diane. She booked me a swamp tour and made sure everything was taken care of. Breakfast was delicious and it was nice to have that social hour with drink tickets and snacks.

Never disappointed with the Embassy Suites, but this was special. Easy in and out access and just a couple of blocks to see the parades. Sleep came easy in our comfy bed and quiet room. Breakfast was scrumptious. Great customer service!

The energy with this hotel is off the charts!!we had a couple of issues BUT ALL of them have been met head on!!! Great Service!

Our room did not cool down over night. We left and went about our day this morning. When we got back to the room it was still warm. That’s when I reached out to the front desk stating our room was still warm. Within 12 minutes Pete shows up and gets our AC blowing cold again. Will definitely be reaching out for services again. Very polite and would listen to our concerns.

This was a great stay! Staff super friendly, loved the free breakfast and complimentary drinks. Facilities are very clean.

Location is great. A few minutes walking distance to the conference center.

I love this hotel and the location is perfect! This is my NOLA home whenever I visit😊. I hadn’t been in a couple of years and Shontria, at the front desk, immediately welcomed me back with a smile and accommodations. The room was clean and there has been upgrades since my last stay. Stayed there for 3 days. Amazing service from Marvin and Tiffany at the front desk! Clean rooms and helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend!

Central location, walking distance to the Convention Centre and the complimentary happy hour drinks are awesome. Edit: I called the front desk to check on a package that was delivered after I checked out and your people just slammed the phone down. Your people are RUDE!

My stay was great because of a great team from valet, front desk to housekepping. With grat employees like Edna's great smile and providing special attention making our 27th anniversary specia. And big thanks to Hilda who worked so hard keeping the dining area clean and stocked constantly. She made my wife and I feel important. Thanks guys for a memorable 27th anniversary!l

The rooms were just okay! I was use to having a large room at Embassy Suites, but my room was small. Other than that the stay was decent. Next time I will have to get my King Suite!!

Great blackened gulf fish and chicken asparagus prepared and promptly delivered to our room by Shamari Brown. Fantastic meal, well served and presented. Both dishes were very tender, flavorful, and tender. Fantastic. - evan justin

The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and attentive. Always willing to step in and support you with any needs such as losing your room key (not me but I observed it happen with another guest) suggesting places to eat, and booking excursions. While some of the furniture was dated, it was still a VERY clean facility and the pillows were heaven.
