Louisiana Dental Center - New Orleans, Magazine St

I started coming here after I had a little dental pain last year after I moved to New Orleans. They got me in immediately. Since then they’ve become my dedicated dental office. Love their staff and their dentists are crazy good. No pain. The only reason I don’t fall asleep in the chair is so I don’t seem rude. They not only fixed my teeth but they cured my life problems somehow it’s absolutely crazy. Went for tooth pain, got therapy, made new friends, and colleagues. Go here if you’re needing any kind of dental care!!

I had the best yearly checkup this week. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and checked in by the front desk. Dental assistant Elizabeth was cheerful funny and welcoming. I then was introduced to Jonathan Nguyen who is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease. The cherry on top was seeing Arrione from my last appointment. Her attention to detail and leadership in making sure she could tag team with Jonathan was lovely. It was also great to be greeted by the office manager on my way out. Looking forward to seeing this awesome team again.

From the time I arrived I was treated with the utmost care and concern. I felt at home instantly. They informed me on how to continue to take care of my teeth and gums. The entire staff was great. Wow! This dental group is amazing! Unfortunately, I had a dental emergency while on vacation in October and found LDC through my insurance. From the moment I called the main line I received excellent service as I was instructed who to call and how to ask for what I needed.

From all the ladies at the front desk to Paris the dental assistant and last but not least, Dr Jonathan Nguyen, I was so impressed with the professionalism and care I was given that I have decided to come from Florida to have them perform further treatment! Kudos to the whole staff. I feel very fortunate to have found them and very excited to see them again next year!

I found the office to be very nice and accommodating. Particularly thought Arrione Anderson, the hygienist was fantastic. She gave me tips I'd never heard before. Was incredibly helpful and did a great job cleaning my teeth.

The dental service I received from Arrione Anderson was phenomenal, she took her time and made my experience enjoyable and pain free. The staff is also friendly and easy to talk to when expressing your concerns. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Arrione Anderson going forward!

My first experience at LDC was great, everyone was kind and friendly. Dr Tran & Arionne were very professional and helpful. I hate going to the dentist but everyone here made my experience very pleasant.

I have been receiving care at Louisiana Dental Center for a few years. It's conveniently located on Magazine St near Jackson, and has a parking lot. The practice recently expanded, taking over the first floor as well as already occupying the second floor of the building, which has an elevator. It's a large practice in a renovated and sparkling locale with local art on the walls (thanks for supporting local artists!). A beehive of activity, there is a large staff of office support, assistants, and dentists. All are friendly and professional and the place runs like clockwork. The practice accepts a wide variety of dental insurance plans including Medicaid. A few months ago, when I developed pain and an infected molar, they were able to schedule me for an emergency appointment the next day. Time in the waiting room is short, it's usually only 10 minutes. After you're seated in the dental chair, initial evaluations such as x-rays, history-taking, etc, happens quickly, and also the dentist comes by to introduce themselves. When the practice first opened I sometimes sat in the dental chair for almost 2 hours waiting for the dentist to return to conduct the procedure. This is changing. Recently, my dentist arrived to conduct my procedure just minutes after I'd been seated. To summarize, friendly staff and clean new environment, in a large practice, with good response time in case of emergencies.

Go ask for Ms. Arrione. She really took good care me and my children. The staff is very professional and friendly. Please 5-10 min before time to check-in bc she starts on time!

Very friendly staff and clean, competent atmosphere. I have hD the same dental hygienist, Mary, there for about tempers now. Very convenient on Magazine between Jackson and St. Andrew.

I had a great experience. Beautiful looking office; very clean and the equipment all seems very modern. Nice view of magazine street in the chair. High ceilings - just a really nice vibe in the place. And the people were super kind.

Was looking for a much due cleaning with someone new. I do not like going to the dentist. Jonathan, Arrione, and everyone else helped me feel at ease. I wasn't pushed into services I didn't need.

I was in town for a family celebration and had not been seen by a dentist since COVID, for varying difficulties. The entire experience was worthy of the finest medical establishments. The staff is attentive and courteous. The facility is neat and clean. The doctor was polite, gentle, and accommodating. He offered a clear picture of my dental situation, and offered a number of possibilitites to correct my oral defaults. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

One of the best dental offices I have been to. Great phone manner, appointments confirmation and follow up. I was seen quickly when I came in. The whole staff works well in synchrony and the dentist, Dr. Nguyen and assistant, Marquita were superb in both bed side manner and explained everythingl. Very clean place ! Local art is in this office as well which is a great touch to decor.
