Big shout out to Omar in the furniture department at the Chalmette. La. store.That young man was amazing. When I tell you he went above and beyond to help me out. His customer service attitude was exceptional. He deserves to be commended. Thanks Omar may God continue to bless you.

Great customer service. From the time you walk in somebody is easily found if you need help. I frequent here just to see what's new, you never know what you will find.

Good managers, hard working & helpful staff (Brandon or Bryan). Wish they'd cool this place down. Too hot to shop long. Several organic food products here, name brand, too.

Bought a set from here and when I got home to open it I found the headboard had a small crack in it, the lady who runs the furniture department (blonde hair) was easy to work with and made the return and exchange very easy.

Store is great. If the prices were more visible Id probably buy more than I do

Is Big Lots is actually a very nice store to go to they have a nice selection of every item that Big Lots sales and they also have a very large clearance section that is discounted on top of the discounted
