Went to Rooms To Go Outlet in Greta, LA today. No one really approached me at first in the store except Dominique. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She assisted me in getting exactly what I wanted. I had to order everything but she expedited the shipping so I could get it all in just a few days! Ask for Dominique when you go to that location.

Overtime I've gotten furniture from Rooms To Go, it's always a pleasure to work with Dominique. She always help you find the best deals for whatever you're looking for and the exact color scheme. Dominque has a great personality and great communication skills. See you again very soon.

I walked into Rooms To Go and immediately this young lady (Dominique Andrews) greeted me with much respect and she listened to what I wanted which was 1 single sofa. She was professional and very attentive to what I wanted and focused to please me so well that I ended up purchasing a rug also and looked as well as priced a mattress. Danielle was fantastic! She was very helpful & found us the perfect furniture. She was very patient and overall the best. My overall experience at this rooms to go was amazing. Today, my husband visited the rooms to go and was warmly greeted by Ronisha, the sales lady. With her assistance, he was able to purchase a bed and later returned to acquire two nightstands and two pillows. Ronisha was incredibly helpful throughout the process, readily communicating and even sending us photos of various nightstands to complement the bed. We truly appreciate Ronisha's assistance and excellent customer service. Thank you so much sales lady Ronisha!

Brett was very thorough in making sure I got what I was coming in for! Had an issue with a previous item’s description when I originally came in and purchased a few weeks ago. Was able to repurpose original item, and Brett came through and really helped us out! Happy customer here!

My consultant name was Ray. She was absolutely wonderful, patient, and knowledgeable. They didn’t have what I needed at the time and she promised me once it comes in again she will let me know and she did just that. I’m happy they still have some good consultants left, I have had bad experiences at the Gretna location before but Ray turned my frown into a smile. Thank you to best consultant you are awesome!

So I needed to replace my dining room table chairs only. I walked into rooms to go on an impulse. I was greeted by Dominique Andrews. I explained to her exactly what I needed, and she didn’t hesitate to just point me in the direction of chairs that I could choose from. As I looked around, she made sure to check on me. I may not be one to normally give reviews, but I remembered that she was also the young lady that helped my elderly neighbors with some chair purchases and I happen to pick them up for them and I remember my neighbor Donna on and on about how nice and helpful Dominique was. I got to witness it for myself now. extremely pleasant and professional and did not try to sell me anything else except what I asked for and that’s a huge plus in my book. She got me taken care of, and out the door with a smile.

This location has a great selection of couches (which is what I was looking for). Rae was super helpful and friendly. Definitely ask for her if you need help finding something and want someone knowledgeable! She had tips about how to clean the couch cushions, had recommendations about fabric durability. Highly recommend her!

I went to Rooms to Go today with my sister, mom, and niece. I went in with the hopes of finding the green sofa of my dreams. I was greeted by Brett with a friendly simile and a nice paper full of coupons. I was very specific with what I wanted, but he was very personable , knowledgeable, and helpful even had a handy tape measure for dimensions! He gave me space to browse but was close enough to answer any question should I have one . My niece absolutely loved her interaction with him she’s 5 so she can be a talker. I didn’t find my sofa but we walked out with a picture for my niece’s room. Brett was amazing! The entire staff was professional and friendly I’d recommend this store to anyone who’s interested in a great deal an excellent customer service!

Ray did a great job at helping me find a discounted bedroom set! It was a great deal and her customer service was exceptional. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted and served by Dominique with excellence. She asked relevant questions and guided me through the show room floor where the dining tables were stationed. There were many options, but I was able to find a full set.
