So many positive things to say. Everyone is cordial. I love that the staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. The environment is relaxing. The doctors are very thorough. I found this to be true of the specialist they Tree recommended. I also love that it is an inclusive environment with a multicultural staff.

I always have a great experience! They cater to cowards. And Mai is phenomenal we always have pleasant conversations while she cleans my teeth. My last appointment I had a blanket and a warm pillow under my neck. I love this place.

I almost cried when I left here. They were very nice Liz did my cleaning and I couldn’t be happier. Im a quiet one and she would make sure to ask me if she was hurting me or if I was uncomfortable in anyway, she made me feel better about the overall anxiety I had when I first came in! Christy did an amazing job explaining my costs to me and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I plan to bring my son for his first visit! Also, the ladies at the front desk were all very nice as well and made the check in process so smooth!

My experience from the 1st initial visit until recently has & still remains as professional along with kindness, compassion, attentive staff, from the front office & thru out the office. The atmosphere is so pleasant & refreshing. Appts & calls are handled very efficiently. I'm pleased with my full set of dentures & greatly appreciate OAK TREE DENTISTRY!

My experience at Oak Tree was great ALL employees have great attitudes customer service skills. Smiles after smiles warm and welcoming. They want you to be comfortable and relax Mandy thanks for everything … I would not change my dentist for nothing….

The personnel there are very professional, respectful and nice. They explained really clear the advantages and disadvantages of my brother denture wishes.

I feel like I'm in a spa. A warm pillow behind my neck, a throw if I am chilly. Now for me personally, I love the that weighted blanket they use when they take x-rays, sooo, they leave it on me through my entire visit. The entire staff from entry to exit makes me feel like I am at a spa.

Staff was very kind, helpful, welcoming, informative and genuine. Sometimes you can tell when a business is being overly friendly to the point of it coming off as too much or fake. I did not get this vibe at all. The staff here are so nice and are very knowledgeable, eager to answer any questions. I was offered water and a pillow for comfort as well once I was placed in my room. The building is also very nicely decorated and very clean with individual rooms for cleanings and other procedures. The dentist and he assistant were both very patient with me and took their time to explain my dental situation and I left feeling very confident in their ability to treat me. I will be sticking with them for my future dental needs and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Tseng and staff are amazing! I have never not ever had a good experience visiting the office! I moved out of town - still come back for appointments, changed insurances and it was always seamless! From ortho to chipped tooth, extractions…100/10!! Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic first-time experience with Oak Tree Dentistry. I was initially skeptical due to disappointing visits to two other dentist facilities, but this experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The professionalism and care I received were exceptional. I have never been to a dentist and was giving a tour of the office and met the staff! Liz the dental hygienist was extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable! Christy was more than helpful and extremely nice made sure I understood everything before I left! Oak Tree have definitely gained a new patient and I will refer all my family and friends there. Definitely a 10/10!

The staff here are so kind and accommodating. From the moment I walked into the office I felt a sense of calm. I was taken on a guided tour of the office and was given clear guidance on what I could expect with the dental work I needed to have done. Everyone was so warm and knowledgeable. I am very please with the crown work on my front teeth. Just had cleaning done and couldn’t be any happier. This place is amazing - well managed, courteous staff with young talented dentists and hygienists.

My procedure went well. Prior to that, I had an excellent talk with the dentist who cleared my doubts. I definitely recommend oak tree dentistry. Everyone is courteous and caring.

The staff is very professional. They are always polite and patient. The level of comfort is amazing. There's soft music playing, a warm pillow is provided, and they speak with a caring tone. I've been going to them for years and my procedures have been pain free.
I really like that they are prompt and they value their patients time. I wouldn't go anywhere else... truly exceptional!

Hands down the best dentist office I have been to. I’m super picky about where I go since my background is in dentistry, and the staff was phenomenal. Mai was my hygienist and was very gentle and thorough. Dr. Tseng was so kind and thorough as well. The office ladies were so sweet and professional, and also helped keep my 6 month old occupied so I could get cleaned. Highly recommend!
