Haydel Charles a DDS

My favorite dentist. He is professional, friendly, and compassionate. I have always had good results with the dental work he has done. I feel like he is also able to do a lot of Dental work that other dentists would have to make referrals for. The dental assistants are also great. I trust him completely, which is not something that I don't think I've ever said about a dentist before.

My daughter is 7 and she previously had bad experiences with another dentist. Dr. Haydel and his team were understanding and empathetic towards the both of us. It was a much needed change.

Went in for a routine cleaning, was called back right away, teeth cleaned, Dr. Haydel came in and inspected the job and reviewed my X-rays, and I was on my way. I’ve been seeing Dr. Haydel for over 20 years, he is the most thorough dentist and the nicest person one could ever meet. His staff is also just as impressive. He is the best in my eyes, and now my kids go to him also.

I brought my dgtr to Dr Haydel's for the first time today for a cleaning. They were very prompt with her appt. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience- from scheduling to new paperwork to actual cleaning to scheduling the next appt. I have worked on and off for Dr Haydel for over 30 years. He was the reason I actually went to Dental Hygienist school myself. I now live out of town and work for another dentist. But I travel back to him to have all of my dental work done. Recently, I was forced to crown a lot of my front teeth due to my bite. I’m going to post a picture, let it speak for itself. Phenomenal dentist and man. Not to mention that he has a wonderful staff!!!

This is my 2nd appointment with Dr. Haydel. He & his staff are very friendly. He told me everything he was going to be doing before he did it. This is the first time I ever had crowns made the same day. I always had to have impressions made & then wait for the crowns to come in. I am very pleased with their service.

Been going here for almost a year. The dentist Hayden is great and all the employees are nice. Whenever I need an appointment they do try to accommodate you by following up after cancellations.

I have not been to a dentist or gotten my teeth cleaned in years. Work and life got in the way. I was taken back very quickly and was treated very well by the staff. The cleaning went very quickly and smooth considering how long it had been since my last cleaning. I already scheduled my next cleaning looking forward to going on a regular routine.

Dr Haydel is the best. He is easy to talk to and he explain the procedure as he performs.
I suffer with anxiety and it was through the roof. Although I had to use the gas to assist me with calming, Dr Haydel and his team kept me posted on every step during the process which helped a lot!
