Comfort Suites New Orleans East

My husband and I stayed here for a short get away. The bed was comfy and clean, the room was nice and tidy, the shower rod has seen better days I'm sure, but aside from that the room was great. Our favorite part was meeting and visiting with Dewanda! What a goddess! She made us feel right at home and is obviously on top of her game. The other staff members were very helpful and kind. Thank you, thank you.

I made a reservation on the phone, late in the evening the previous day of my arrival, and the man who I spoke to, was very nice and friendly helping me to complet the booking...
I stayed for 3 nights in a very clean room and had a great breakfast (every day it was changed) to start the day with energy... Air con and WiFi worked perfectly.
Ms Wanda was always there, taking care of everything and making sure every guest was enjoying their stay... She made me feel at home.
The only thing that needs to improve is the swimming pool... the water was not so clean.

Amazing service! My first hotel fell through at 1 am, and I was left stranded in NOLA. Called five other hotels that were all booked, but then Comfort Suites had availability and told me to come right over. The man at the front desk was extremely sympathetic to my case, and made sure I felt comfortable and never over-budget. Parking is free, plenty, and guarded by night security. Love this hotel!

I wish all hotels were fashioned in the integrity of this hotel.Friendly staff,clean rooms,safe parking.We really enjoyed our stay.Ms.Tran at the front desk was so nice.And Wanda did a great job at breakfast and was so friendly.I would definitely stay again

Tony the front desk clerk was amazing! Went above and beyond for me and my friend on our stay. He made us feel very welcome and was super professional and kind!

Miss Wanda made our stay absolutely amazing I hope that they're doing their do diligence to keep her there because she's an asset to the company.

I highly recommend this hotel! I give this hotel a 10/10! I stay in choice hotels 4 nights a week due to working out of town and this hotel is one of the cleanest comfort suites I have stayed in. The room was large and very nice. Above all the staff was super friendly! They went out of their way to accommodate my stay. I called them ahead of time to see if they had a big area for me to park my truck and they set out cones to save me a spot. The staff is awesome! You will not regret staying at this hotel.

Room was fine but there was no place to eat nearby (at 7pm).

Wanda was AMAZING!! My family stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days. Wanda checked us in on our first night and was always there in the morning at breakfast. She even gave us ideas of where to shop while we were in town. All the employees were so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Wanda was most definitely our favorite though.

Room was clean, nice size. Excellent front desk staff! Very friendly, warm and informative! Only regret is the distance from things. Would be Ok if traffic wasn't so bad and transportation’s so expensive! Overall good stay! Highly recommended!

The price wasn't terrible the room and common areas were clean. There is still some renovations going on but it didn't affect my stay. There wasn't loud noises or heavy hallway traffic however I did hear a couple doors close and being near the elevator you could hear it ding occasionally however not loud enough to disturb my sleep as a light sleeper. The shower water was hot and there were no signs of pests of any kind in my room. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Stayed one night as a stop on a road trip a few weeks ago. Originally went to the Holiday Inn across the street, who demanded a $150 cash only deposit - they said for safety reasons, which didn't make any sense whatsoever. Who travels by themselves late at night with a bunch of cash on them? How is that safe? Anyway, I'm glad it didn't work out because I ended up literally next door at this Comfort Suites. With my AAA membership, I ended up saving almost $100 from the quoted rate next door. I was really pleasantly surprised with my room at Comfort Suites: it was very clean and well appointed. Seemed like the hotel was new or refurbished. Would DEFINITELY stay at this hotel the next time I'm passing through New Orleans!

Spent Mardi Gras weekend here and Ms. Wanda was AMAZING. The early check-in after an 11 hour drive was just the start of a great experience. Good food, clean rooms and just overall a great experience. I’ll definitely be back next Mardi Gras and I hope Ms. Wanda will still be there!

I have been coming to this hotel for years and the reason for that is because of the great customer service& cleanliness of the hotel. Mrs. Wanda is amazing and very helpful and makes your stay so pleasant and homely!!! Thank you & we will be returning!

Loved my visit! Several people told me to change hotels because the area wasn't safe. No issues at all! The staff was amazing and Mrs. Dee was super nice! Breakfast was top notch when she prepared it, you could tell it was prepared with love. The other days not so much.
I will be back for many more stays! Rooms were amazing, housekeeping was excellent.

I want to give some credit to the very wonderful lady at the front desk. Mrs. Wanda went above and beyond to help us out. I work for a trucking company and I had a driver truck go down and had to be placed in the shop. The driver had been running all night and was exhausted. I called and asked about an early check in and she gave me a time and said she would have a room available then. My driver arrived and I still needed to send over some paperwork. Mrs. Wanda made sure that my driver was in a room and resting in an amazing time. She is a very lovely person to speak with on the phone and shows compassion to others. She is a special lady. I will be using this hotel for future stays as we are doing a lot of business in the area.

Highly reccomend. The staff was very pleasant and we were well taken care of. We accidentally broke a glass bottle in the parking lot and cleaned it up but we let them know, in minutes someone came out and finished cleaning it. Housekeeping kept our rooms clean, the breakfast was good-hot & cold items. Would definitely visit again.

The front desk clerk that checked us in, Tony, was SUPER helpful! He gave all kinds of info about the area, and he made sure we got the best deal he could offer. Every other staff member we encountered was great, too. The complimentary breakfast was awesome the first morning, but it fell off in quality a little the second day. The room was clean, smelled good, and was a little bigger than expected. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Check in was fast and friendly for it being 11 pm. Was very clean and smelt good. Breakfast was like a full buffet. The lady at the front desk the next morning was awesome. I wish I could remember her name. We wanted to take a tour of New Orleans and she help us find the right one and book it for us. How awesome is that. They where not pushy for us to leave the room. The whole staff was awesome. We will stay there again.

Manager and employees are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean, quiet and well appointed. Conveniently located on the busline which takes you directly to the French Quarter. $3 day pass gives you unlimited access to trolley too.
