Super fast service and good prices. They came to my house for a gate issue and had me fixed up in an hour! The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. If you have an older house with custom or antique locks, these are your guys!

I came in with a set of 21 keys of various sizes and shapes. They were able to make me TWO copies of all but 1 of the keys in under four hours. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor when visiting Magazine Street and stop in to this locksmith to step back in time. In addition to still operating as a locksmith, they have some beautiful items to buy. Everything from decorative knobs to old hardware to lock Jewelry.

H Rault Locksmith got me into my home after an emergency locksmith the previous night destroyed the lock and still couldn't get me inside. They also replaced the lock and gave me extra keys for the new lock.

The staff in the store are friendly. The locksmiths who came to my home were polite and professional. They have all the tools they need and laid down a tarp so as not to make a mess. They were also very affordable.

This place is very cool they've got tons of locks in there that they do not sell that are strictly for museum piece type purposes I could stay in there for hours just looking at everything in Reading but if you need a lock smith this is definitely the place to come also if they don't have what you need they'll get it don't worry and they have advice to help you with it once you do get it I'm sure they could also recommend people to do mobile services if they don't have them in store, cool bottle collection too

I can't say enough great things about this shop! The owner, Michelle, is AWESOME. My friends and I lovingly named her "Aunt Michelle" and talked about her kindness throughout our trip to New Orleans. Great old school locksmith, knowledgeable and personable service. So much better than the automated kiosk at the big hardware stores.

Did not know what to expect before going in. Once I walked in, it was a great experience. There are a lot of things that just grab your attention. Great place to find some older decorations. Good finds honestly

The crew (Rob, Barry and young Thor) arrived promptly this morning. They were courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They repaired the lock on my security gate and the handle on my front door all within 15 minutes. That handle was installed by a "professional" when we purchased the door but it never worked properly. Best of all, the cost was much less than anticipated. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Give them a call. You won't regret it.

I bought a new lock to replace a deadbolt that we didn't have the key for. When I took the old bolt out, I discovered that the hole in the side of the door was at least 4 inches tall and the face plate of my lock was maybe 2 inches long. And the hole in the door was 1/4 inch too small for the handle. I called H Rault. A technician came and successfully installed my lock in less than 2 hours. Thank you. Thank you.
