I have the benefit of being both a business neighbor and a customer of this bike shop. I get to see these guys on a regular basis and they are some of the most upstanding people around.

They run a fantastic, customer centered shop and are honest, trustworthy, and sell great products. We have a lot of great shops in this area to choose from but make sure that this one is on your regular go to for gear, bikes, and supplies!

I unintentionally brought my Daughter's bike, with a flat tire, to them right around their closing time on the Saturday before 4th of July weekend. They insisted on fixing it right then and there so she'd have it for the holiday weekend to ride.
I really appreciate the high level of customer experience!

Great friendly service. Clearly they cater to the mountain biking crowd but they were happy to tune up my six year old’s bike with new tires and tubes and price was reasonable. Will be back!

I went to two other bike shops before coming to ABC and was very disappointed with those experiences due to the lack of details about the bike suggested , no explaining about upgraded versions of the same model and the seeming unwillingness to spend time trying to sell me a bike. ABC though was willing to spend the time to explain the difference in bike build and price making me feel welcomed. As a result ABC got my business and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The guy fixed my left crank on my bike arm, and it was super cheap. Customer service was great, and you could watch them as they were working. Would recommend going to this bike shop first if you're in Springfield.

I had not been on a bike in over 20 years, and the same is true for my husband.

We received the best customer service each time we came (which was more than once). Other bike shops were rude and condescending (since we knew nothing).

ABC (Jason especially) made recommendations, explained everything, switched our tires to fit our needs... even told us to come back later to look when their stock was replenished.

They recommended a hitch installation shop and everything. They covered every detail.
There was NEVER any pressure to buy.

We LOVE our bikes. They are so comfortable, they have amazingly smooth rides... we use them now to get groceries and everything. We are from TX, where we could NEVER ride.... the change is amazing.

Adventure Bicycle Company is top notch. They located the bike I wanted (which was hard to come by) ordered it in and built it within a couple of days. They bent over backwards to help me find the right bike carrier for my car, and gave me a discount on it as well. As a newbie at mountain biking they did not make me feel silly about my questions. After the sale they even delivered the bike to me. I can’t express how impressed I am with Jason and the team there. They love what they do and customers are priority one.

So I am a newbie I will admit. I came here today for accessory’s for my bike. Jason helped me and was extremely knowledgeable, very funny and have to say was the best experience ever. You will always be greeted by and helped by one of the three owners. They definitely know what they’re doing and what customer service is all about! Thank you for being EPIC and helping me today!

Brought in my bike for a small tune up after riding more than 2000 miles from San Francisco to Springfield. Jason was able to fix my bike with no problem. He even shined my bike for me. He advised me to buy a new chain and even showed me what was wrong with the current chain. I am very happy with their service.

I can't speak highly enough of Adventure Bicycle Company. Jason and Collin are real class acts. They'll go the extra mile to make sure you get the bike you want and answer all of your questions along the way. I've recommended them to all my friends. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I can't recommend Adventure Bicycle enough! I showed-up needing help with a bike pretty quickly and they jumped in and took care of me with no hesitation. I appreciate the service I received and the consideration they showed helping me through a pretty unique situation.

Nice folks, convenient location, good selection. The store is airy and uncrowded. They sell Specialized brand bikes and gear in addition to other accessories and typical bike shop fare.

Guys are great! I was struggling getting a new tire on and they did it for me! Local Bike shop for the win!
