Trident Inn & Suites, New Orleans

THIS PLACE IS REALLY 0 stars .. let’s get started on that man African American man who like to harass people when he ease dropping people conversations.

he’s very rude and I will be reporting him to the person that’s over him. Didn’t give my deposit back I had to change my room because it smelled like mold then I told him that it smell like someone was smoking in the room he never gave me my deposit back because he assume it was us.

the breakfast is a joke stale cereal no grits or nothing roaches everywhere

The price is very reasonable… Nice room but Wi-Fi is off and on… The serve free breakfast that I keep missing… Very quiet place to stay… They don’t except Cash at all… Security on duty… Good area as well; special if you need to go to Walmart with plenty restaurants to choose from….

I just stayed at the Trident inn & suites; the service was great, the rooms were clean, and the people were friendly. For the price of the room I was very surprised. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay.

Wasn't paid for this review. I enjoyed my stay at this location it was convenient to the interstate and many dining options. Downtown was just a drive away. The parking area was gated with a code to get in the gate.

January 10th, I arrived in a town and state I've never been. I was reporting to the Tulane University, School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
I had 5 days to locate an apartment to stay while in school. That was difficult.
The best part of this relocation was my stay at the Trident Inn. The staff helped me with laundry and as much fresh coffee as I could drink.
It is true that the property is doing some renovations but they are maintaining a high quality of customer service.
The staff and owners are friendly and never turned me down for any reasonable accommodation I ask for.
This is not a "cookie cutter" franchise. They do care, and made a difficult task of moving much easier. Thank you.

Very nice and well maintained. Big shoutout to the manager Kathy, She is such a sweet, polite and well- mannered individual. If I could give a 110% percent this hotel definitely deserves it.

Very clean and service was top notch . And it felt safe

Things started off a bit rough during my stay for Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday weekend, but Eazy along with the manager of the hotel were able to resolve the situation at hand. Thanks for being understanding and trying to make the duration of my stay comfortable. Very Much appreciated!!!😀

Kathy the manager was so warming and welcoming. Its not the best hotel yet its not the worst either. The service here is amazing. Sometimes its about knowing you will be taken care of and accommodated.

I love the hotel pricing and comfortability. The staff are very helpful and respectful. I haven't had any major problems and i would definitely come back.

I come to New Orleans to work a few days every week and I always stay at this hotel. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and I haven’t had any issues. The area is safe and quiet.

i loved the hotel. the employees were nice & helpful. i loved the fact the hotel let’s you invite your pets as well. this hotel also have such things as a microwave & refrigerator.

A little expensive but I know a lot of people here because they are out of town fema workers. Very quiet, clean pool, friendly, gated property you need a gate code and no drugs or random weird people.

I had a great stay at the hotel for the essence fest. Room was very clean. I met the manager, Kathy, she’s very nice.

Stayed here for 2 days while visiting family .They were nice and convenient,! Thanks Mr. Mike and Cathy for everything we will be back . Mrs Cathy we just made home.Thanks for being concerned.

No problems the front desk clerks is amazing they clean floors and trash daily always smells great and clean the room i stayed in always clean every morning and plus they have day and night security last and least they prices or great for the stay
