I had issues with my lock and while they haven’t been 100% resolved - as I wait for maintenance, I’d just like to say that Ms. Charlie was absolutely an amazing and patient in helping me figure things out! We tried my lock, spraying it with WD40, a new lock, and my old lock again!! All while making calls, assisting walk in customers AND ME. Thank you!

I was in a rush to move & needed a storage immediately , other places were giving me a hard time. I came here & Charlexis was very helpful & made my process much easier. Thank you for the great customer service.

I’d like to think public storage for all the years I had to storage here but mostly I like to think Charlie because she has been a Jewel and a great manager of this location and I could not have been in communication with anyone that’s more experience and knowledgeable than she was, and she definitely kept up when things were delinquent, or when things needed to be taken care of, and I appreciate her professionalism and her courtesy of most of all.

Charlie went above and beyond any expectations a customer could have to give help to me in completing my rental registration online. She had more patience with me than I did myself. I was ready to put it off for another day, but she continued to talk me through the steps until we were successful. She is an asset to your company.

The staff here are very kind and helpful. They treat you like family and always make sure to takecare of your needs. Keep up the good work ladies! We appreciate you.

Wow! Gotta tell you.....Since people who are genuinely nice are so few & far these days... I've come across one I think is definitely worth mentioning. Her name is Charlene and she works at Public Storage. People like her give businesses great publicity! She's so sweet and very helpful! I don't hesitate for a moment about using Public Storage on Read Blvd when my business calls for it.

The Manager Charlie is doing a very outstanding job. She is very courteous and keeps the property clean on all floors and in bathrooms. Her customer service skills are excellent and you guys have an awesome asset in her. She needs to be rewarded for her great service. She goes all out in assisting customers and makes sure you are satisfied with your experience at Public service.
