Typical Lowe's. Great selection of everything you could possibly need for home improvement. Friendly and helpful employees made finding things quick and easy. Very clean and easy to park.

I recently had a big problem with a major appliance order and I was so upset about it and felt strongly that Lowe's needed to make it right. Thankfully I got in touch with Tracy Mason the Assistant Manager who listened to me, took action and resolved the problem to my complete satisfaction. Thanks to her Lowe's made it right! I really appreciate her excellent customer service.

Looked online the night before, and they had the item we needed went the next day and low and behold they had it...that doesn't always happen!

They have everything you need for construction materials and more. This is me go to when I need to fix something in the house. Good place. Staff are very helpful.

Came home to a bad well pressure switch. Ran to Lowe's. In and out in 20 min. Ended up with a small ac for a warm hallway. Staff very helpful with finding what I needed.

This is the friendliest Lowe's anywhere I have been. There are staff all over looking to assist, and they're happy to help. That goes for returns, for advice on purchases, and even assistance loading my car.

Steven was super helpful! We have been working on a flower bed yard project and have made multiple lowes trips. Every time steven was there ready to assist with a smile on his face! He even loaded our pallets with the forklift very smoothly and effectively! Highly recommend this lowes awesome and helpful staff

Went in to find an exhaust extension for my dryer. The worker led me straight to exactly what I needed. Very helpful and quick response. Ever need anything from Lowe's you'll receive fast service. If you're in the area please pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed.

In and out in 10 minutes with vinyl flooring cut and rolled by a very pleasant gal. I've used this Lowes before and was blown away by friendly small town assistance for a big box store. ❤ Lowes

They don't have absolutely everything but it is a well stocked store. The Sales associates are very willing to help find what you are looking for.
They are also very pet friendly which really helps me train my therapy dog.
Really glad they are in my community.

We have such nice people at this Lowes! Very helpful. Got our kitchen remodel done with them and new flooring for the whole house.

Othel was Amazing and kind. He helped me out while I came in very late aka 10 minutes before closing with a cranky four-year-old in need of a washer. I would not have been happy if a customer came in 10 minutes before closing but he was nothing but kind to me and very knowledgeable and I greatly appreciate it. And he did not lead me astray the washer is amazing. Thank you

Very pleased with Lowes employees who assisted us during purchase. And their delivery men were here within half an hour of their call to tell us they were coming. They were very polite and professional. We definitely will be purchasing our dryer there when ours goes up.

This store always has employees on hand ready to help, they don't run from you haha. Garden center has a great selection and the store itself is well kept and organized usually. Checkouts always run smoothly and quickly, and if starting to back up it seems theres always other employees ready to get in there and help out!

Excellent service. Very impressed staff at door to assist you with product location. Pressed call button for help in doors and customer service was there to assist within 60 seconds. Employee lifted door for me and placed it on my cart. Needed keys keyed to my lock and their key lady had me on my way. When leaving staff employees asked if I needed help loading. This location definitely sets the tone for good customer service. Way to go Pocomoke .

Not the biggest Lowes by far, but pretty decent for the area. Salesperson was extremely helpful when I was there to buy a new washing machine when ours quit first thing on sunday morning. Great service!
