Nice little shop for finding ingredients your local stores don't have and won't carry. The store isn't very big, but it's clean and very well organized. The employee was very polite and made sure we found what we needed. I will be shopping here again and often!

A while back I went to check this store out...
Most of the items on the shelves and scarce fresh produce had no prices posted...
Surprised ... but that didn't stop me. After all how expensive a bag of beans could be?
In addition to a couple of bags of black and kidney beans, I also bought a bunch of fresh Cilantro... a few pittons more than Walmart. Fine. I was happy to support, in my small way, the neighborhood minority-owned business.
A week later, while I was returning an Amazon package at a nearby store, I decided to swing by Mercado Latino to pick up some more Cilantro to make chutney. Price? I was charged almost 5 times the price of the previous week.

When I asked, the woman at the checkout, she told me "Stock Market changes."
What?
I was not born yesterday. After all we are not talking about computer chips or precious metals!
Honestly, at $4/bunch, I would be making more money selling Cilantro than as a consulting senior Nuclear Engineer!!! LOL

I left the store never to return.
Why?
DISHONEST FOLKS!!!
