Southern Self Storage

I’m very happy I went with Southern self storage. They are very accommodating and friendly, especially Erica who has gone out of her way to help me on several occasions.
Also, the seven day grace period can be a lifeline when needed, nobody wants to lose things that mattered enough to put in storage in the first place.
I highly recommend southern self storage!!

Erika was great for me. She was very kind and very helpful when I was trying to make the life changing, all important decision to switch my storage unit provider.

Efficient, friendly, warm, super helpful and just all around great person to have as your customer service rep.

I called a few places and she was the only one to pick up. The only one to go look outside in the heat to see if the unit had what I need.

And the only one I stopped in and got a storage unit from!

Ericka she is very helpful always, she always provide to me an excellent customer service , Ericka really goes the XTRA miles on her job which she really cares at all.

The lady who assisted me was superb! It was a last minute decision to get a storage unit and she made my day much better. Sweet and accommodating. Little did she know, I needed that, especially on that day!!!

Despite their system went down doing my rental the young lady took my word in rented me the unit.

It was my first time to get storage for the stuff I had the price was very cheap and the service was very nice her name was gabby she explained everything to me and was very helpful I would tell anyone if they need some place to put there stuff to go here to self storage it's a great place and I no it would be safe and wouldn't have to worry about anything thanks gabby for helping me you was very helpful and nice to me I'm very grateful for y'all to have a safe place to stores my stuff and I no where to go when ever I need a storage place to go thank you all for being a safe place for my stuff

My husband and I had some extra furniture from our move and we needed a storage unit. We checked out a few places but the prices were just insane! Our last stop was southern self storage and I am really glad we stopped to check it out. Gabrielle helped us…she was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. She showed us a unit that was just the perfect size and the price was even better. I would recommend this storage space to anyone looking for a safe place to keep their things!

It's a great place and people friendly

Very professionally run. I spoke on the phone to Kelvin, and he was extremely knowledgeable and got me set up with the perfect sized storage. and the security cameras are so clear and precise! great price as well.

Clean, safe environment, but Kelvin makes that place pop! His charismatic personality just keeps ya coming back for more. He works with his clients so they have the best experience possible.
What an awesome place, and staff. Kelvin you are dynamite.

I had an awesome experience at this location. I was coming in from out of town to put my son's things in storage. My flight did not come in until late Sunday night and leaving back out early Monday morning. The manager of this facility told me not to worry and that he would meet me at the location once I arrived. Sure enough at 10pm Sunday night I called him and he came to the unit, opened the office, filled out the paperwork, and I was able to put my son's things in the unit until he returns to Xavier in the spring. Job well done. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and willingness to help a person in need.
