The Meimeke representatives ROBERT who dealt with me and my vehicle was OUTSTANDING. ROBERT was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the issues of my vehicle and provided future maintenance information. As customer, these qualities are appreciated in representative, as it helps the customer feel heard and that his interest was to provide Great customer service. THANK YOU ROBERT!!!

I have been taking my car to this Meineke dealer for years. The owner, Daniel is extremely helpful and honest. I needed several things done but am on a budget so he works with me to fix the most important safety issues with my car. Chris and Xavier are the go to men that schedule and make sure everything is being done. They keep in touch with you with updates on your vehicle and work with you as to what you can financially get done. Meineke also has finance options to help you get your car running if you need help. Depending on the amount you can get interest free financing. They are the only ones I trust my car to, it’s dealership quality without the cost!

I keep thinking about looking for a place closer to where I live - but I just can't change...These guys are so accommodating and helpful and kind...they really care, and take care, of their patrons! They always make me feel that I'm their only customer, yet their stalls are full. I am so grateful for their professionalism and courteous, & friendly atmosphere they provide! They are 10-stars in my book!

I was traveling through Texas and they were able to fix my car immediately and even covered some of it under warranty. I highly recommend this location!

Professionalism. That is the best way that I know to describe the service. They may charge a little more than the "shade-tree" mechanic, but at the end of the day, it is worth it.
They are not out to scam anybody. They will tell you exactly what you need and what it will cost and then they get it done. Very professional.

This was a great place. They took my car in to take look at it. With no notice at all. They were friendly, helpful and they kept us updated with every step of the process. We would definitely go back.

Took in my 2021 Alfa Romeo for an oil change and they did it with no issues. Not that many places in San Antonio work on these cars so I definitely recommend bringing your car here

Love the Meineke on Nacogdoches Rd. Daniel is wonderful. He has a very high work ethic, and expects the same from his employees. They also do a great job of communicating what needs to be done to your car.

They were very thorough with checking out my truck. I came in for one thing, they found stuff that other places didn’t?!! (Chevy, Firestone)

And the way they communicated their findings to me really blew me away. (Email and texts, with photos and video clips)

And the young lady working the front desk ( I believe her name was Madison) was very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation.

Auto repair and maintenance, the crew is honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy, they work with you and your insurance. 5 stars well deserved!

Meineke was very thorough with my car inspection. The services I asked for were done efficiently and appropriately, thanks to K.C. the technician. Chris, the Service Advisor, was professional and friendly. I will say that Meineke was a little pricey, but unfortunately, EVERYTHING is pricey these days. Thanks for the excellent service!

Brought our car to Meineke on Nacogdoches road, to have some stuff taken care of oil change, air and cabin filters as well as wipers... And as always, they did a great job. And the manager was extremely helpful. Thanks guys!!! 😷😮😊👍

Best service in SA! I’ve tried a few places, treat you like cattle...here you’re always a valued customer! Honest and efficient, offer specials that actually save you money, I’ve even got free wiper blades with points. It’s nowhere near my house, I pass a LOT of places to get here, but it’s worth it!
