Great service! Literally was in and out within 15-20 min for an oil change, tire rotation. Went through all the re im mended maintenance i needed and if I needed to do it now or if I can hold out until the next oil change which I’m really grateful for their honesty! Just moved to the area so I’m glad I found my go-to 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Fantastic crew that took care of my vehicle and made me feel welcome. I feel secure in knowing my vehicle was given the utmost attention to detail and care. John and his team made quite impression upon me, and I will be returning and letting people know where to go to get professional people to work on their vehicles.

Went there for a state safety inspection (maybe 10mins). Super quick. Pointed out some kinks like a filter replacement and a coolant top-off that my car lacked a bit in and took an additional 5-7mins. Staff had friendly attitudes, top notch auto service w/ big smiles as the cherry on top😄

The result is always a quick oil change for me here. Stopped in a Discount tires before, rotated my tires with them as a last minute decision based on discount tire report on trends, they in form me all the time when its time to reset/replace my reusable filters, always polite, and did I mention quick? Especially when I added the rotation service.

I was in town visiting my family and took my mom's car here and was super happy with the service at this location. Honset and fast much better than what I have experienced at home. Highly recommend!!

Everyone was very polite and courteous. They preformed the job in a very professional manner. I was in and out in a bit over 30 minutes. However, it was sad to see they no longer had coffee especially during this cold weather.

Services techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been to this location twice and will continue to complete my services here. Other locations are just as efficient but the customer appreciation here is top notch. Ask John he always takes care of all

I went to the location on Callaghan Rd close to IH10 west in San Antonio, TX. I have always had good service but this time it was exceptional. All staff worked together great and got us out in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!

My visit to Jiffy Lube went smoothly. They changed the spark plugs in my car in a timely manner. The mechanic was ver knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

The guys here were all GREAT! Very friendly, and courteous. Had me back on the road in 30mins! They even cleaned my windows and vacuumed! Balcones Hgts location told me they don't do those courtesies anymore! Been to other locations, but this is my preferred location now! Highly recommend!!

Tired of having pressure to get things you don’t want or need for your car? Always tired of getting the speech or eye from a mechanic. Well ladies, this place was a judgement free zone place. It’s a hit every single time I go. The guys are awesome. This is my 3rd year here and I regret nothing!!!

Jed and his crew did a fantastic job! I was never a big fan of Jiffy Lube due to past experiences but one day I was in a hurry to get an oil change and they exceeded my expectations with 5-star customer service. Since then, I always come back to this location! Thank you for setting such a high standard, you guys are great! Their bays are also VERY CLEAN and ORGANIZED.

They had me on my way, great service and friendly.

These guys are great! Professional and get r done attitudes! They tell me what is needs for my mileage and why. Fast! And I feel like it is a great value after having a service at the dealer which cost me $600! I use my car a lot! Always on the road so I need for it to be dependable. I believe servicing will help me use it for many miles!
