Sprouts Farmers Market

It was a nice shopping experience. Came to look for castile soap and a face serum. Found it right here. No complaints...

The store is very organized and clean! I probably spent at least an hour and a half just looking around browsing all the selections they had and that didn't even include the drug and supplement department. The produce is the freshest I've ever seen. The meat department selections were the same! I'm lactose intolerant so it was very convenient to find they had a wide variety of either vegan or plant based dairy products. The only thing I would suggest is a dairy free plant based butter that's unsalted. It's hard to find in San Antonio as it only shows up in certain stores. Other than that, this store is amazing!

Service was wonderful & shopping was easy and fun as usual. I have no idea how a 1 star rating got posted 🤔 Happy I caught it so I could fix my error. My three daughters & I love shopping at Sprouts!! My only complaint is that because of the current economy our grocery budget doesn't allow us to do all of our grocery shopping here 😔

ETA: When I say I love shopping at Sprouts, I truly mean it. They have unique, hard to find items. I have been shopping here since I was a kid and it was "Sun Harvest". It's still as fun shopping as an adult with my kids as it was when I was a kid!

Ist time at this San Antonio store. Loved it. Went there for some Organic Guatemalan Coffee. Staff was very friendly, store was clean and nice variety!

Have always loved Sprouts for all our healthy options & so many different healthy brands not at other grocery stores. Produce is always the freshest & great-tasting. So many choices of seasoned meats in the butcher department for a quick & fresh dinner option. Vitamins department has everything you ever need to stay healthy. Employees are always extremely helpful & attentive to their customers. And remember to bring your recycled bags.

Love this store. So glad we have a Sprouts close by. Staff is excellent, store is clean & well layed out. Great selection in all departments.

I’ve only ever come to sprouts for 1 thing. Manuka Honey which is a bit pricey, but a great honey to have in the pantry. I’ve been in a few times, and each time the staffs been great. From greeting you as you walk in, helping you find items, and checking out. I love that it’s so neatly organized. I have not done any grocery shopping here, because I’m always in a rush to get in and out. Max wait I’ve ever had in a lane is less then 10 minutes. So it’s worked out great for me to just get what is needed.

Always a great place to find some good foods. Lots of organic fruits and vegetables. A lot of people think they're going to be overpriced but you might be surprised. A few things that are on the higher end are generally harder to find or higher-end items. Great meat and Seafood counter. Smaller quantities compared to some larger stores with some items but their items have obviously been carefully selected. Big fan of their vitamin and homeopthic items as well.

I always love going to this store. Fresh organic produce. Vitamins, supplements and all natural body products. The bulk bins have been replaced with smaller white plastic bins with everything prepacked. Usually in one pound packages. The New Norm...... The Garden Salad Veggie Chips have a light coating of Ranch seasoning.

Went to Sprouts with my daughter to buy some oregano oil and D-Mannose. Megan stopped by to see if we needed help, she was so informative.
I have not been to this location before, so neat and stocked well.
We even had fun taking a short video for my grandson. He loves to sing about Bokchoy. Just a game we made up to learn his fruits and veggies.
Thanks Sprouts for making it easy to find the items we wanted and having such wonderful people working for you.

Really one of my favorite places in the world to go shopping for almost anything especially the beauty and health side. But I couldn’t find fulvic/Humic acid last time I was there.

Useful finds hard to locate elsewhere. The Health area, oils, vitamins, au-naturels.
Always check out the unusual, dont rush through this store!

There are fresh limited bakery items, french bread loaves ar checkstands, quick polite checkers & those who'll assist in helping you find anything.

Be sure to remember the the produce prices you normally pay before making purchases here!

Great sprouts location, please with how easy it was to get in and out and to find most everything I'd gone there for. Always happy with the quality of the fresh foods I find here.

I gave it 5 stars, because it had great product, and it was bigger than I thought it would be. I like the other location better though. I got a little condescension from one employee, but she shouldn't affect my rating for the entire store. I'd still recommend the store.

Wonderful boutique grocery with really fresh produce and good prices! Staff is very helpful and kind.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a wide variety of products, which are a lot better for you then HEB or Walmart. And they keep everything clean .

Great shop. Lots of fresh veggies, everything you want organic and natural.

Every time I go I am greeted throughout the store and always asked if there is anything I need help with. I have been coming to this store for years, love the products an always find what I am looking for.

Sprouts is always a Great store but my experience with Ms.Brenda at the cash register made it even better! She was so sweet and great customer service!
