I did visit this store. Belk in New Bern had a lot of sales all around the store. I did notice a lot of items I wanted to purchase. The store was well organized. Long lines of customers ready to check out. You can hear the excitement of customer eager to purchase from this store. I left smiling I will return to this location.

This is a good place to shop for clothing, jewelry and some housewares. Staff is helpful without being intrusive. Prices are very competitive and there are frequently great deals to be had. Did most of my Christmas shopping here and had an enjoyable time. When checking out, staff will almost always apply coupons that are available, even if you don't ask or know. My only suggestion: better department signage is needed. At times, I find it tough to figure out where to find things. Also, clothing racks are often over stuffed. Makes it hard to browse.

Went here to find some clothes for my grandmother and I for Christmas. Two ladies graciously helped my family and I checkout while they were completely friendly the entire time! If you ever need to shop and want great customer service, find Mary or Brither!! Both of them made the shopping experience a blast.

Store was picked over but it is just days after the holidays. Service Associate at the entrance was super fun upon entering. Made for a great 1st shopping experience at this location. Cheers

After selecting a snazzy jacket by Crown & Ivy, the very smooth sales representative assisted me in selecting a bow tie of the pattern attached!
Now it is on to YouTube to learn to tie this thing!!! 🤓
