Creekside Park

Well maintained park with something for everyone. Highly recommend...

Loved stopping in New Bern to play this disc golf course. Everything is very well kept and the layout is very fun here. Good options for tee pads for beginners and advanced players. The woods can be technical but it is balanced out well with some open holes in the front 9. Anyone in the area should definitely add this to there wishlist of course to try.

The beautiful park offers so many activities (disc golf, walking/running trail, swingset, and kayak launch). My husband and I went kayaking. The rollers on the launch were not rolling; but it was better than launching from the bank.

Great place to take your kids to play. The park has a lot to do for the kids. Great for kids parties. They have a small picnic area, bathrooms are clean and a pier in the rear of the property for fishing and canoe launching.

This is a great park! It's huge and has everything you could ever need, outdoor static exercise equipment, sports fields, pavilions, grassy areas, public restrooms and parking lots. There is a disc golf course at the back of the park. I didn't have time to play more than a few holes, But I was thoroughly impressed and will be back. So expect edits to this review in the future.

Edit: I greatly enjoy the 18 hole disc golf course. It's a ton of fun and has a variety of holes to test your skill on. You start at the dirt parking lot by the practice basket and will finish there too.

Creekside is a great park to take family and friends. Nice view of the water and a nice park.

Multiple play areas. Well maintained soccer fields and nice tennis courts. We love to spend time here.

First time there and the park is absolutely beautiful. I love the fact they had a designated area for toddlers. Shaded areas for parents 😂My baby had a wonderful time. The park was very clean and peaceful. We will most definitely be back.

Great way to spend Labor Day! At the park! I played bocce. There were people walking the paths, kayaking, playing tennis, disc golf, and softball... So much activity. I was surprised the pickle ball courts were open. Happy Labor Day! Enjoy!

Super cool and we'll thought out WITH ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS! I actuality enjoyed it almost as much as my daughter did! A lot of friendly people and worth being in the cold. You can reserve the sitting area aka benches under the awnings. And has ball fields all over with plenty of parking... wheelchair friendly and elbow room.

We love this park! There's so much to do and my kids can play for hours without getting bored.

Very lovely and large park. Great up to date equipment. Well kept and clean. Tons of diversity for children of all ages, play type, and capabilities. Features a handicap swing and safety seats for the youngins. Plenty of sitting space. I would 100% recommend for a family to come here .

This is an incredible sports complex! It has nearly every outdoor sport. It is well maintained and has a main restroom as well as port-a-johns on location at farther away fields/ courts. I recommend bringing your own chair and shade.

It's a beautiful park. There's a big park for kids to play. Areas to have a family picnic. I believe you can go camping there. It's great for walks and it's pet friendly. They have from Volleyball courts, to tennis courts, baseball and soccer field, etc.

Spotted deer skeleton in the marsh alongside the kayak dock/launch. Not much remains.

A very nice park with lots of things to do.

This was one great park for the kids. Clean and very updated with nice playsets. Public bathroom and table with building cover.

We like Creekside, but there is no shade covering the playground at all. I have notice that a many parks we have visited here. In Florida they have planted trees and have canopies covering the majority of play equipment that would be nice for here also. Creekside also has a smaller playground towards the back which is nice when the big one has a lot of kids. There are trails, picnic area and covered pavilions, a water area and a Frisbee golf course just to name a few.
