I had a flat tire and walked in without an appointment. Service was quick. Staff is friendly and upfront about costs to repair or replace tire. They have a nice area with TV to lounge and wait. I also noticed a space for children to play as well! Been coming here for a long time and will continue! Thanks, Casey!

Highly recommend Mavis Tires. I called with a question in which I got a detailed response, which made me feel a lot better. They scheduled my service for a time that worked perfectly for me. Upon arriving, they were very friendly. Service was quick and efficient. Such a great experience and will definitely be back if needed. Highly recommend.

I just moved here not too long ago from out of state. I'm always real cautious when bringing my car to a shop for the first time. But they quickly made me feel comfortable. They did a great job, everything was communicated perfectly. I will definitely be back in the future!

I had an absolutely great experience here today. I went in for a routine NC state inspection and had to have a few things replaced (I knew about them and had been putting them off). Dylan assisted me at the front desk and pointed out a few other things that needed attention as well. Theses were also things that I was aware of but just had not gotten to. Such as brakes and my rear shocks. They were upfront about costs, showed me exactly what was going to happen and how it benefited me. The whole process was fairly simple and straightforward. Upon checkout Casey took care of me and gave me the military discount. He was very professional and courteous. I know that other may have varing experience but mine was a great one. I will continue to take all my vehicles here in the future because of the environment. Thanks MAVIS!

My family is from out of town and we were in the area visiting other family. We stopped in to Mavis tires and brakes to get our tires rotated before we heading back home to Michigan. The gentleman working were very friendly, helpful and service was fast and efficient. Next time we are in the area we will definitely use this company for all our auto needs. Highly recommend!

Don’t let all the construction on Hwy 70 East and side roads confuse you. Mavis Tire is open. They were professional and friendly upon my entering the establishment. The waiting area was neat and clean. They have a television, coffee maker and water if needed. Even rocking chairs if you’re a parent and have to bring your child with you for a vehicle service. I appreciate the great customer I received from them today.

Had my car towed due to a flat tire on a Thursday evening. They're open until 8:30 pm on Thursdays. It couldn't have been a more convenient day to get a flat. A comfortable sitting area made it a plus. Dylan was very helpful and was able to provide tire options over the phone. Thank you!

Man where to begin, I walked not knowing a thing about tires but the worker called Dylan Dixon helped me out so much I didn’t even know how bad off my tire was but when we looked and I guess burning out does a real number. He recommended a full set of tires and brakes just so I wouldn’t have complications further down the road. I so lucky to have met him when I did I was one hairy nail away from a full on blowout on the road and I can’t thank him enough. He’s a real lifesaver.

Took our 99 F350 in today after calling a few places with no luck to take care of my truck. Casey was super polite and friendly on the phone so brought my truck in. Great service, fast, friendly and knowledgeable, definitely recommend these guys!

Yesterday we were headed to Goldsboro to take my 14 y/o son and his friends to Busco Beach for his birthday. We had a trailer with all the 4 wheelers on it in tow when our truck tire picked up a screw on hwy 70 just east of Newbern. The tire went completely flat and came off the rim. Of course we didn't have a spare or jack with us. Being over an HR from home and not knowing anyone close to call, I called Mavis and told them what had happened and he said we don't do service calls but let me see what I can do and I will call you back. Within a few minutes he called with the best words I could have heard. He said I have a guy on the way! He was there within 10 minutes and took our tire back with him and fixed it and brought it back and placed it on the truck ready to roll again!! I asked him what the cost was and he said we aren't charging you just have a great rest of your day! I can never thank you guys enough for coming to help us and allowing our rest of the day to be perfect for my son and his friends! Thank you very much. You are definitely one of a kind!!!!

The guys over Mavis are top notch. I was lucky enough to get there at opening when they had no appointments because mornings are usually busy. That being said, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes to have my tire patched. This isn’t the first time and it won’t be the last time I’ll go there either. I won’t go anywhere else.

Of all the Mavis tire shops I’ve been too this one is seriously top notch. I’m not good with anything car related but these guys totally walked me through everything. First time I’ve gone to a mechanic shop and haven’t felt like I'm being robbed lol.

I have started to get my tires and service at Mavis after some issues with my regular tire and service place.Service has been great.This past Sunday my wife got a nail in her tire.Mavis TIre is actually open on Sundays was in and out in 30 minutes.

I had a great experience coming here. I was able to come in late in the day with no appointment, and got my tire replaced quickly. They recommended an alignment, but we're unable to fully perform one and recommended I go to the dealer. Since they didn't finish the alignment they did not charge me for the service. The employees were knowledgeable, the prices fair, and the waiting room was comfortable.

No appt state insp. Dylan out front took me right in. Ethan the state inspector did a great job, giving me really good feedback as to what repairs will be needed in the future. Very Satisfied..

The manager Dylan has been great to work with since taking over. He has good automotive knowledge and customer service skills. The shop always takes good care of all of my vehicles at a fair price. The entire staff has been great to deal with especially the mechanic Ethan. I haven't had much interaction with other techs, but I've never had an issue when Ethan does the work. The repairs are always performed correctly the first time. Because of him, this shop has been a great option for all of my automotive repairs, maintenance and tire needs. I highly recommended this location

I called about 25 minutes before they were scheduled to close for a repair on my tire. They told MD to come on by and gave me excellent service. I will be using them for all of my car care needs in the future.

I walked in with a screw in my tire and they took me right and fixed it. I've been here for brakes and they have taken great care if my car.

Dropped in without an appointment with a camper tire issue. He diagnosed it as a valve stem problem and I was on my way in no time. Very courteous, and they just earned a customer.
