Ruby Tuesday

Would like to say they have the best salad bar I've seen since Golden Corral closed. Great steaks as well. Nice to see zucchini offered on a menu. Went with my dad and my 14 year old daughter. Something for everyone. Good selection of appetizers and food on the menu. Waitress was very helpful and attentive. Won't hesitate to go back.

We enjoyed a great meal here! The service was quick and attentive, drinks we're good and the food was outstanding. The restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere. Extra care was taken to make sure we had a great experience by the manager Chris. Will be returning soon!

Had the steak & ribs combo. Wasn't the honey bourbon bacon steak I ordered but it was good to me. Had Texas Dust dry rub seasonings on the ribs, meat fell right off the bone. They were meaty, not fatty at all. Had to put my food on two plates to throw down!

I love your salad bar, but at times reaching for your ladles for salad dressings can be a pain. Physically and otherwise. It's hard reaching under the sneeze guard to grab a ladles which can can be covered with dressing and dripping over other containers as you make your way to your salad plate.I have a suggestion, the photo attached is of a container used on salad bars elsewhere. The handle is easy to hold even with arthritis in your hands. It pours easier, and less chance of dripping dressing into other containers. .This is just a suggestion , by a customer, to make your already fantastic salad bar even better, and more accessable for salad dressings.

Our entire order was correct (how often does that happen nowadays)? The salad bar was very well stocked and everything was fresh Good precautions were taken for COVID concerns. Food was delicious. I do think the staffing was a bit thin, but there was only a minor wait for our check at the end.

Ordered a carry out, and it was great! The gentleman who took care of us was very friendly and fast, only waited 15 minutes. Ordered the burger and a steak and they were cooked perfectly. All the topping were put on the side for my burger, which I thought was awesome because i did not want the burger to be soggy. They offered such a variety on their menu, sure will have to try the rest of their menu next time. Very pleased with this location and their crew. The restaurant seemed well picked up and like a cool place to enjoy a dine in next time.

I am blown away with this place! I never stop at chain restaurants on vacation, but on a whim I decided to try Ruby Tuesday’s. I was seated quickly, and my server was named Alexa. I was amazed by her quality of service. I really don’t think I’ve had such an amazing server, even when I go to the “highest quality” restaurants. She suggested that I try the chicken nachos and the salad bar. I was not disappointed. Thank you Alexa and Ruby Tuesday’s for a great night out!

I had an incredible server, I believe her name was Katie (dark brown hair). Her attitude was awesome and the food was perfect! As soon as we got to our table she was very knowledgeable, quick, and friendly! The food was mouth watering, but the service will keep my family and I coming back for more! Keep up the good work!!!

Upon arrival I was greeted right away and seated. Wait staff came by to get my drink order without delay. I ordered a BBQ chicken salad and sweet tea. The salad was awesome, fresh greens and chicken, and the tea was a great compliment. I recommend it highly and will return next time I'm working in the area. It didn't take long and I was back to work in short order. Thank you Chris for a great lunch!!

We enjoyed our dinners at Ruby Tuesday tonight. We took advantage of the buy on get one free deal I got in an email on my phone. It pays to sign up for their " club". I had grilled salmon and my dinner partner had a grilled sirloin. Both were very good. Service was good. They followed the COVID regulations too. We'll be back next month.

Solid casual dining venue featuring a well stocked salad bar and service for alcoholic beverages. I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants so I had passed by this location many times over the years. We recently met friends here and what a pleasant surprise it was. The food is standard casual American fare. Burgers, steaks, chicken and fish from the grill with the expected offerings of sides and appetizers. The salad bar is a real treat featuring a range of tasty toppings and some tangy and spicy extras that made a flavorful plate. I have returned twice since the first visit and the service has been unfailingly attentive. The sandwiches come with a gluten free bun option. Overall great experience.

Kelly was our waitress and it was very good. I had the sliders with the salad bar. We'd ordered the tator tot nachos so I didn't need fries. My husband had the triple play. Everything was great. Appetizers had changed again. They had fried pickles that even my husband liked.

The staff are always so pleasant and accommodating and the salad bar is the best. The double decker menu is great for everyone because who doesn't love leftovers. The desserts are awesome but who has room for those. They are not stingy with the coupons either. Always have a buy one get one 1/2 off or the popular buy one get one emails they throw in as an added surprise. Our favorite go to restaurant when cooking is just too much!

They finally have in house made ranch. Or at least it tastes like it's made in house. Food is always great and customer service is on point. Thanks for changing the ranch that's all you guys were missing for your terrific salad bar now I yearn to go to RUBY TUESDAY. thanks

Great food and service. Love the new salad and fixings selection being offered at Ruby Tuesday these days. Amazing collection of items. Great for diabetic and other diets. Love that I can decide what I want on my plate. The protein choices are great add ons as well. This location had really friendly staff who offered to take a photo for us.

Had a wonderful experience tonight at Ruby Tuesday! Alexa is a great server and the food here is Fantastic. All of the servers were extremely nice and picked up our empty plates fast. Also the toffee apple cake our server recommended is to die for. The new GM is doing a great job with this place!!!

My husband and I love this place! Great servers... one in particular (who's name comes out the Bible) he know who he is.. I can't remember his name though. He is a African American male with a very nice name. This waiter is very friendly, always smiling and in a good mood. The food comes out great... wonderful selection on the menu and I love the salad bar. The salad bar is always fresh and well stocked. Keep doing what ya'll do over there at the New Bern location!

Had a great meal with great service. Shelby made sure the food was brought quickly and the drinks stayed full. She was friendly and helpful. Food was very good although I didn't save room for dessert.

Our server Hope was very helpful, and such a good sport. She was the kind of girl that can take your order and quiet your unruly children at the same time. I had many questions and concerns, but Hope was quick to calm any fear of change I may have had, I don't get out as much as I would like, and she made me feel good about my meal choices as well as my life choices. It wasn't long before I felt like like we were old friends. I felt like we had met somewhere before, maybe at some other place of employment? She really brought me out of my shell, and made my lunch a pleasant experience. I won't soon forget her, and maybe she will realize how much her kindness meant to me!

The food was good, but the service was fantastic! The newer waitress, Katie, was very personable, fast, and made my son feel important by asking him directly what he wanted, instead of asking me. She was amazing!
