McDonald's

Great service and it was really clean. The lady working behind the counter was really polite and willing to help the customers that appeared to be having trouble with the in store kiosk. The workers done all the could to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal.

All front tables were taken up by employees & "Friends,family & small children" And dining in was not an option. And very loud!
I have children & grandchildren & they mind me!!!

They is our neighborhood McDonald's so they try to do there best. They can be slow but, I aways go there for years.

Clean modern McDonald's. The staff was fast and very professional. The supervisor even took the time to insure we had silverware and straws, which was very appreciated. (We've all gotten our orders and drove away only to realize we now had a bag if finger food which is no fun when it's biscuits n gravy) Top notch location.

They got good chicken nuggets and fries and dtinks

This is a wonderful place to be.They go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy, especially the little ones.I will go back again and again!

I don't care where in New Bern I'm at, I ALWAYS take my business to this one of 3 McDonald's. They have some of the most kind-hearted employees there and always have my order out quick and correct. If ur looking to grab a quick bite to eat or wanna enjoy one of their frappe's, caramel one is my fave, then go pay these wonderful folks a visit! I leave out of there with a smile on my face every single time😁👌🏼

Food was fresh and the team was friendly

I have been working the hello out of the McDonald's app. I love it. Between the bonuses and the deals and the square prices I'm finding value, and I'm finding the good coffee on the run that I have missed. Because of this app and gas prices- the nearest Starbucks is one town away- I've divorced Starback Nickelbucks finally after almost two decades. I'll stick with "Mickey D's" .

I stopped by this one at about 3am while visiting at the hospital overnight and I ordered 2 pies but had to wait for them to be baked due to the time of night and when they went to give them to me they didn't charge me due to system shut down. This was very nice of them.

There's usually a lot of people at the McDonald's on Red Robin Ln. but that's because their service is great!!!

This is the better of the 2 McDonald’s on neuse. They always have what I want even after 10. And the workers are kind.

I needed 6 apple pies and rhey didn't have that many available but they offer the option to prepare them and in 20 mins I had them.

This place give good service. Employees are very respectful. They make sure that their customers are satisfied. Drive thru was fast and simple.

I visited this location at 11 on a Wednesday. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was fresh and hot. I also ordered a mocha frappe. It was picture perfect. It was as good as it looked.

Normally they are pretty good. Talking about the mc Donalds off MLK Jr blvd in New Bern Nc.. But this morning i went in and ordered a iced caramel moca which I love. I get them all the time. Well it was white and I questioned it but was told that was what is was. I tasted no coffee at all just plain milk with caramel in it. I was very disappointed because I was in a rush and really needed my morning coffee:( plus i paid $4 for iced milk smh... But this is my only complaint I've ever had with this Mc Donalds. They were busy and people make mistakes. We are all human.. will deff go back time after time

Considering I've ordered my food at 3am and the fries was hot and the burger was cooked made to order. I can't believe it to the point where 5 stars are well deserved

Went to drive-thru. Quick. Efficient. Pleasant. That's all you can ask, right?

We went here after the nelly concert and they were nice enough to allow my friends to use the bathroom! The food was also good!
