I love love LOVE this store. Every time I go in the folks working here are always nice and seem like they actually want to help me find what I’m looking for. The bath and body works in the mall has always been my favorite

I have visited this location three times last week. Each visit, the workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store selection is fantastic too!

The employees were great! Because of the reopening from COVID, they had lots of fall scents. One of the favorites of a real active of mine was there, usually only sold around Halloween. So that was great, the deal was 5 for $8. We got all 5! The employees were more than willing to help if needed. Very friendly. Wide variety of selection.

The Two Women working 8/10/23 i hope get the recognition they deserve for them how polite and helpful they were. they helped me pick out four good candles for my girlfriend to which she loved them all.

When I came here they designated areas for regular price and a specific percentage off the merchandise. I did purchase a good amount of items. It is inside of the mall. I do shop online as well as Bath And Body Works Stores. This store looks great nothing out of place.

Love Bath & Body Works! I went at the perfect time the other day cause they were having a one day sale on body mist. They were $4.95 each which was a fabulous deal. I love the fragrance I purchased & will return to buy more plus the body cream & body wash.

Took my daughter and wife here for the Black Friday sale and saved a lot of money. The employees were very helpful and you should have no problem finding something that you like in this store. They had thousands of different items and smells. Lol. The candles from bath & body works in my opinion are some of the cleanest burning candles and will definitely be buying more.

Absolutely love this store!! The staff is always friendly, happy to help & very informative! The store always has new fragrances but also keeps the good "Oldie but Goodies" which is amazing. I've never had a bad encounter with a Bath & Body store! Recommended highly!!

I LOVE this place so much every time I get the money I ask my mother to take me ALLWAYS. I LOVE THIS LOCATION. It a very beautiful store and the people who work there are so nice. I love when they have deals, so I can bye 3 things and get three things for only about 6 dollars including like 5 more things. It all works the money I love to smell good and with bath and body works here that dream can happen

Love the different fragrances. Love that someone is willing to help, assist, and answer any questions you may have. This is where my bestie and I can relax, laugh, and shop.

This was the second time I visited Bath & Body Works and the customer service from an employee named Alicia was amazing I was blown away how professional and kind she was I am definitely going back to have more good product and amazing customer service.

Had the best customer service ! Alicia went above and beyond , took the time to actually help me with what I needed I actually felt like a person and she cared ! Will be returning she was amazing !!!

I've always loved this place. They're always so friendly and very professional! Always have good deals. You can download the app and get even more deals than they have displayed.

I have had issue after issue with B&BW the last 2 times I've tried to place an order. I keep my house stocked with these products and would like to keep it that way. I haven't even been able to complete this last order yet b/c I've asked a customer service supervisor to call me via message and email and have yet to speak to someone from last weekend. I called the closest store and spoke to Tiarra. She was very patient, happy and helpful. B&BW, I trust you guys will make this right, b/c you usually do, but for now, Tiarra has helped <3 Thanks girl, for that friendly "smile" over the phone during these ANNOYING times!

Excellent service from the clerk, clean store and wonderful selections of new products. She was very informative about ways to get free items. Very pleasant and warm experience everytime we come in to shop.

Ladies were awesome. They helped me find the items I was looking for and introduce me to a new fragrance that I absolutely love.

The smells when you walk in the door reminded me of harvest baking. The clerk was so friendly and helpful, helping me find just what I wanted to purchase. Good sale on lotions and candles.
