Import Concepts 2 (aka Service for Honda & Acura)

They are fantastic! Great work, fair prices, excellent communication. They fixed a pretty Honda Fit-specific issue that kept getting misunderstood and not fixed at other shops. Always a great experience.

After trying Honda and a few others, these guys provide a great service with expert knowledge at a reasonable price. Knowing they use Honda genuine parts is great. If you’re like me, whenever I go to an actual Honda dealer for service they try to charge me so much every single time. This place tells me exactly what I need to do and if I can hold off so I don’t need to pay or worry about it until later.

When buying a new car, they also did an inspection to make sure everything checked out which was reassuring . I use them for my Honda fit and Honda crv hybrid.

Exceptional experience all around. These guys were fast, knowledgeable, reliable, honest and friendly. And what other mechanic gives you a loaner vehicle to drive while your vehicle is being serviced? That’s above and beyond level service. Kudos!

I will not bring my car to any other mechanic shop! If u have a Honda or Acura and have mechanical issues come here! I will not bring my car to Firestone or apple tree ever again these guys are truly amazing!

2005 Mini. Best experience I’ve had a mechanic shop. Professional, quick, do exactly what they say. My appointment actually means the time they take my car in unlike most places where it’s just a time you drop your car off and they may or may not get to it.

I take my Fit there because it is closer to my house than the dealership, and they have always done a good job at a reasonable price in a courteous manner.

I came in to drop my car off when they opened because I had other things to do that day. My appointment wasn't even until 1:30 and I had no expectations that they would fix my car so quickly. But they diagnosed the problem as soon as I got there and fixed it before noon! granted, it was an easy 30min job but the fact that they had such willingness to help me asap meant a lot. Being a woman, I have to say they also treated me like a normal human being and I know that I didn't get gauged for money coming in. Thank you so much for being a great shop in town that I can trust.

Could not have asked for better service! We were in Asheville for the weekend when the battery in our Acura died. We got a jump and drive straight here. They immediately took our car in and replaced our battery. We where there maybe 10 minutes. Thanks you!

I’ve taken my CRV here for scheduled maintenance since I purchased it. Recently I was driving down the road and had several warning lights appear on my dash. This happened after hours. I was able to safely get my car here. I left the keys and a note as to the problem in the drop box. Ted called me before I could even call the store the next morning and Was able to provide me with a diagnosis a few hours later. I was also able to get my car repaired in less than a week, even without an appointment, these guys took care of me ASAP. This is the only shop I’ll do business with. Affordable and honest, reliable service. Highly recommended.

We recently took our van into Import Concepts 2, while on vacation in the Asheville area. We experienced a system failure error, and limped into their establishment from the mountains. They ran a diagnostic and immediately knew what the issue was. Even though we did not have an appointment, they were able to fit us in, fix our van, and let us borrow a van to tour Asheville for the day (via insurance). They completely saved our vacation, and gave us peace of mind in driving back to Florida safely. Thank you Import Concepts 2 Team!!! We owe you!

I have been using this team for years to repair several Hondas that I have owned. Their work is thorough and timely with excellent communication through the process. I trust them completely for any repair I need on my high mileage Honda, and they have even provided guidance, at no cost, during the times I have tried to resolve issues myself. This shop is top shelf in my book...doesn't get any better!

I'm so glad I found this place!! I have nothing but good to say about it!! The folks there are down to earth and up front about everything. Ted has been very helpful in explaining everything to me before he works on her. (Ms Grace, my car) She's a 98

Excellent service, excellent communication, fair price and worked completed in a timely manner. Ted got me scheduled in for a timing belt & water pump replacement along with the scheduled maintenance service that goes along with this repair for my Acura RDX. He gave me a price and how long it would take and that's exactly what it was. Now, I realize that isn't always possible, but it was today. He had a couple other maintenance items checked as I was concerned and advised nothing needed at this time. Nice clean waiting room if you have have a quicker repair. I appreciate the fact that I can trust this shop and will only use them as long as I own an Acura or Honda.

Fantastic auto repair business! They graciously offered to diagnose a check-engine light, and then took the time to go into detail about what the issue was along with different options on how to resolve it. This issue was a systemic engine problem that needed a fairly major repair, and I was very impressed that the took the time to walk us through the problem step by step. They offered their tips on how to mitigate the problem, along with quoting the full engine repair. Their quote was very competitive and much better than the Honda Dealership (more on that below). The repair stayed on time, exactly met their quote, and they again took the time to show us pictures from the repair along with the parts they replaced – again demonstrating that they knew exactly what the issues was.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! They're professional, patient, and honest with their repairs and pricing. I would 100% use them for all my future services.

Now for Honda – I went to a standard Honda Dealership, and they refused to give me a straight answer on what the problem was and tried again and again to deny that there was a problem. Once I was finally able to get the Honda Tech to admit the problem, they quoted me an astronomical price to only service half the engine (3 pistons instead of 6). Not impressed.

So again – Import Concepts 2 (Honda Service) is a fantastic and honest auto service business!
