outstanding customer service from Bryce and his female coworker on Friday May 19, 2023 after closing. I arrived in Southport for a birthday party, and as soon as I stepped out of my car, my flip-flop broke. I drove straight to ocean outfitters they had just closed for the day and were cleaning up. I knocked on the door held up my broken flip-flop and they graciously let me come in and help me find my new favorite brand brand flip-flops. They saved my evening. So grateful for their compassion & kindness. Looking forward to coming back and getting another pair or two of these amazing Olukai Flip Flops.

They always have a great selection of clothes and shoes. Lots of Southport branded clothing if you are looking for souvenirs.

I was previously a frequent customer of Strands Outfitters on Oak Island. I went to Strands Outfitters looking for Vineyard Vines, but I was told “look elsewhere sir, that store in Southport likes to steal all of our brands from us”. So sad to see a local business trash talk another. I went into Ocean Outfitters and was greeted by the ladies up front and showed me where I could find all V Vines and went above any beyond to show me where the dressing rooms were and seemed genuinely glad to help. Thank you for caring about and helping a customer, Ocean Outfitters. Strands lost a customer but you just gained a loyal one.

Opened back up for us after they closed on 4th of July so we could get sunscreen for our 2 year old! Family business with a heart. Love this place and visit every time I come Southport. Highly recommend!

I ordered a Bogg Bag and every single person I had contact with went above and beyond to take care of me. I wish this store was closer and I will definitely shop here again. They were all so friendly and accommodating!

Top brands are priced competitively and the staff is knowledgeable, accomadating and friendly. Stop by and see for yourself.

Lots of nice brands, it's a nice change from the typical cheap souvenirs. Only wish they had more crocs and kid shoes but that's just me belly-aching.

Great gem of a store in Southport. They carry all of your trendy, preppy, fishy, beachy brands. Large selection of men's, women's, and kids. Super friendly staff that go above and beyond. A must see when visiting Southport.

This place has all brand name clothing - Hey Dude, Sanuk, Huk, Columbia, etc. Expect to pay full price.

We come here every time we are near Southport. It's a clothing store that specializes in beach type apperal. Be it shirts shorts, shoes, or sandals this place always has something I want.
