The cottage was just as described and perfectly clean for our arrival. We had everything needed to relax and enjoy our time in OKI. Margaret Rudd & Associates’ keyless entry check in and out was excellent; communication was just the right amount to assure a comfortable stay. Thank you!

Condo was awesome! Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Furniture was good. Outside patio furniture was nice and we enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony.. 5 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Pickled Pelican was the perfect spot on Oak Island! It was spacious and clean. We had a beautiful view from the top balcony!

Absolutely enjoyed our first stay at OKI and with Rudd. We stayed at Oak Island Beach Villas. Super clean. Unit 1303 had a quality stocked kitchen for all of our cooking needs. So stocked, we didn't have room for food that didn't need a refrigerator. The view was great! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony nightly and in the morning. Having kids, the close walk to the beach and the nice size of the community pool was a great perk!The below unit storage was a bonus for all of our beach supplies! We're already looking forward to booking for next year.

Smoothest rental we have ever had. The team was easy to work with and we had a very slight issue when we arrived at the condo and they fixed very quickly. The Palms was very nice and the unit we stayed in was so great for our family. 2023 vacation in the books and a huge thank you to Margaret Rudd company.

Margaret Rudd & Associates really know how to make you feel at home when you’re on vacation. The property was very nice and spacious. All the amenities provided was just like being at home. The home was close enough to walk to the beach but still be on the main rd going through Oak Island. We will definitely be looking forward to next year’s summer vacation with them.

46 Foxfire was a beautiful, spacious condo with a spectacular view. Quick and easy access to an uncrowded beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The showers/ water pressure alone are a reason to come back. My husband worked a few hours a day in the Carolina room, giving him a private “office” space with an unparalleled view. We’ve been coming down to OKI for many years and always stayed at the Oak Island Beach Villas (also very nice) but this condo will be our new destination! Margaret Rudd continues to be a pleasure to work with for any questions and a friendly voice. BOOK 46 FOXFIRE you won’t be disappointed.

This place is definitely home away from home at the beach. Beautiful decor. Spacious and very well maintained with a beautiful view of the ocean from both decks. Easy access to beach across the street; pool and hot tub. Also has an elevator which makes it very handicap accessible if necessary. This location is close distance to several restaurants, Publix and/or Food Lion. The management is wonderful and very responsive to our needs for assistance. 5 stars to Bootsey’s Fantastic Voyage I and will definitely be returning for another vacation!

We had a great experience with Margaret Rudd & Associates. From the beginning communication was very efficient. The front desk ladies at the rental agency office were very sweet. We had no issues at all! We stayed at Caswell Dunes.

We loved working with The Margaret Rudd team. Reservations to departure they provided email and text guidance. “Ride the Tide” was a great house beachside for one or two people. Not too big not too small. Nicely decorated without being kitschy. We would love to stay there again! And the linen service was much appreciated!!! Thank you
