Kababish Cafe

This place is a hidden treasure in Cary downtown. I was crossing Cary at dinner time and decided to visit this place. I am so glad i stopped here. Ample sitting outside and inside. The vibe of this place is amazing, very artistically decorated. The feel of this place is very romantic, calm and serene. Lots of options to choose from, Menu is not just limited to kabobs and biryani's but lots of interesting wrap options too. Food is so so flavorful and DELICIOUS! Can't wait to go back.

We just had dinner here and it was DELICIOUS. Lovely the owner and friendly staff. The food was perfect. Great taste and excellent portions. We will keep coming here.

Quality food. Everything was delicious and fresh. The restaurant was clean. The staff were very nice. I had made a reservation and had to push back the time and didn’t arrive on time and they were very understanding. Kid friendly place. Highly recommend.

We are an avid Pakistani cuisine lover and this place was a perfect addition to our food venture. We ordered haleem and paya, they were delicious and perfectly cooked. Naan were soft and well made.

Food is expensive though and could’ve come in a better bowl size when you spent ~$20 per such item.

I was traveling alone with my puppy, and I am usually apprehensive about how places will react when I ask to sit outdoors with her, but I was very grateful and pleased with how welcoming the staff was! The owner personally greeted us and took care of us. Both owners were very hospitable and catering to each guest. Everyone was very kind and the food was amazing! I kept ordering more things to try. I will definitely be back when I’m around and would highly recommend!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! The quality of each dish is unmatched! The owners are so personable and take such pride in preparing these dishes. I have never had something from here that I did not love. Butter chicken is one of my all time favorites and this dish is always on point! I appreciate great, family owned business and this place is #1. A must try for authentic Indian cuisine.

I had a most delicious late dinner at Kababish on Thursday night.
I had the garden platter with a strawberry salad, then Falooda for dessert. 🥰
The staff are so friendly and the food is so magnificent, I splurged and got dessert!
So glad we have this very special culinary delight in Cary!

Stopped by for lunch today and so glad I did. Was craving some Biryani and this place absolutely delivered. Will be back for some Nihari soon

We had such a wonderful date night here! Service was so fast and the food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! My husband is gluten free and the menu was well marked and had a ton of options. Plenty of great choices for anyone with dietary restrictions, without sacrificing flavor. We picked up a bottle of wine at Chatham street winearket on our way, and they happily opened it for us and provided glasses. Looking forward to visiting again soon for music on the patio!

This was our first time having cuisine from Pakistan so we really didn't know exactly what to expect. The flavors were very different than what we are used to but also, SO GOOD! I ordered the lamb shank in gravy and it was tremendous. It has just the right amount of spiciness and a touch of mint to round out the savory. My wife ordered a plate of kabobs that she was truly fond of. The naan and hummus was also very good. We will definitely be adding this to our rotation.

Great food with lots of vegetarian options. The service was great.

As usual they are very friendly. It was our first trip to the restaurant after COVID. Since then this place has evolved more. I have noted this before and once again there is a very positive aura about this place. You feel relaxed and calm. I made a mistake in my order and host was very willing to change that and fix it. I didn't let it because it was my mistake. Host and waiter both kept checking and made sure that our food is good. We are thankful for a good time over there.

We stopped here for my birthday and I'm so glad we did! The staff was wonderfully friendly and the food was delicious. I got the chicken Korma and my husband got the tandoori fish. both meals were AMAZING and very reasonably priced. Our waiter stopped by many times to refill drinks and check in on us. if you like Indian food, GO HERE. You will not be sorry.

Delicious food! We got the chicken tikka Masala (top right), lamb Karahi (top left), vegetable biryani (middle), and the Kababish Tandoori Platter ( the beautiful dish with all the different meat skewers). Everything was spot on! The meats in the platter were super tender and seasoned to perfection. The staff were super friendly, and we had an overall great experience. Will definitely come back and bring family and friends to experience the wonders of Pakistani/Indian cuisine.

Family owned joint serving the best Indian food I've ever had. Good prices on the food but the menus need to updated to reflect the recent price changes. Highly recommend

I visited Cary for 2 weeks for business.

I needed to find a nice halal place to eat and I certainly found it with Kababish.

The service was awesome at each of my visits, which at times was daily. I visited in excess of 10 times.

Food was awesome, really traditional Pakistani food with the right amount of spices in it.

Could not fault the place at all.

Every single dish I tried was perfect and would highly recommend.

I have posted a lot of photos, each photo is of each dish and meal. It shows consistency with the food and quality.

I had certain dishes on multiple occasions and consistency was amazing.

A must taste visit whilst in the area!

My husband and I came here late afternoon on Easter Sunday and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We had the restaurant entirely to ourselves and the ambience was great, we felt so relaxed. It’s a really nice atmosphere. The menu was abbreviated for the holiday but still had everything we wanted and then some. I had the malai kofta and it was dreamy level delicious- one of my favorite dishes and they made it perfectly. It was more expensive than other places we typically go to but worth it for sure. Maybe my favorite sit down meal experience we’ve ever had; it was just lovely. I can’t wait to go back.

Have been visiting the restaurant for couple of time in past years , food is always delicious and fresh. There was a simple birthday lunch with friends and all enjoyed. Salmon Tandoor tilka. Whole Fish Fry and desert is superb yummy . Being next to Cary down , no worries for parking as well. Staff is friendly as well

We had a dinner there it was really delicious. Especially in dessert try there KHEER” I loved it. There’s service was good. Owners they are so nice and friendly. Everything was good.im going again next time.

Must try food! I ordered Bagar e Baigan and it was delicious. Naan was crunchy and perfect with the curry. Try Arnold Palmer - tea with lemonade great combination for this summer heat!
