Besides being very friendly these gentlemen are very honest. Theybwill treat you right in your auto repairs. They check the parts before being installed and make sure they are top notch. If you in need of a good honest mechanic then these are you guys to go to.

Top notch service. I will be back, if need be. Timely service. He even offered a free ride to my home so that I was not stranded.

They picked up my Hyundai after it broke down on the road. The mechanic warned me upfront it would take about two weeks to even look at it but thankfully they got to it a week later and kept me updated as to the diagnosis and repair cost. My only complaint is the tow truck scratched my front bumper but overall I'm giving them five stars for the excellent service. The cost was acceptable also.

Jamie is the most experienced and honest mechanic I know. Prices are great and the work is top notch. He even fixed an issue that another shop in town had created when doing maintenance on my car. There's really no reason to visit anyone else. This is definitely the best auto shop in town.

They got my truck in and fixed the same day, and have the best prices in town, if I could pay those other place's prices, then I'd just trade my truck in every other year

If you are in the Silva area this is the only garage you will ever need. I cannot say enough great things about Jamie the owner. We are here camping and my battery light came on so the next day after parking my camper I hea headed to Advance Auto to get it checked and come to find out my alternator needed to be replaced. I ask the guy where he recommended and he said all shops are at least 2 weeks out, ok so now I am starting to panic. I went to the Ford dealership and they too were 2 weeks out. Bobbi in service gave me CT services number. When I called him he too was 2 weeks out until I told him my story. Not only did he work me in he drove me, in his personal vehicle to the campground and picked me up the very next day when my truck was ready. Now I have to tell you this renews my faith in the fact that in hard times there are still great people left in this world. God Bless Jamie and his very kind nature.

My son and I were attempting change his fuel filter and ran into a issue of not being able to put the filter on. Two gentleman from CT Auto came to our home and put the filter on and hooked up the two fuel lines for us but, most of all they didn't except any money. As a single mom it was a blessing just for that alone. Thank you so very much for helping us.

We came from out of town and unfortunately our car started making a burning smell and putting off a little smoke from under the hood. We were .7 miles from C T Auto and within 30 mins they had us back on the road. Got an oil change before we left and they didn’t put the filter back on all the way. Thankfully no lasting issue. But they wouldn’t even charge me for fixing it, on the fly when we were in a little bit of panic mode 5 hrs from home with car troubles. I at least bought their lunch! Absolute stand up business with stand up people running it. Don’t hesitate to give them a call. I’m sure if they can help you, they will.

Great prices and fast service. Took my truck in for brakes on short notice while in the area for vacation. Would come back if I'm in the area and need service again.

Needed a new starter , car was towed there. They replaced the starter and advised me to call the previous shop that replaced it 3 months earlier. I did and they refunded fully. CT charged me less than the previous shop and I found all there to be friendly, courteous and had my best interest at heart. Also it is an extraordinarily CLEAN business. I would recommend them highly.

We have used CT Auto for towing services twice. We had an excellent experience both times. I cannot speak for their mechanic work. I can only tell you that they were quicker, more professional, and better equipped to handle towing than competitors in the area. I will not use any other towing service in the area, especially after a different towing company damaged my vehicle and refused to take any responsibility. They know what they're doing here and that's what I like.

They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car, so they didn't charge me for their assessment and sent me to the dealer. Turned out it was a recall issue that they could not have known about. Honest and humble. I'm a lifetime customer.

Absolutely amazing service & very reasonable priced! The mechanics and workers were very nice and the owner went out of his way to help when my card wasn't working. I would recommend this shop to anyone and if ever in town and need something fixed, I will be back.

Way beyond honest! They charged far less than they could have, they did did some stuff free when they could’ve charged a small fee for it, plus I left my wallet on accident and not only did they call to let us know about it, but they stayed late (not long but it’s the point) so I could come get it!!!
