My parents pre-purchased their funeral and cemetery plots which made our experience so much better. Our counselor, Rheta, was very professional and extremely friendly. She offered advice to me that I would not have considered. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Forsyth Memorial Park. .

Forsyth Memorial Park staff were all very helpful with the passing of my mother. Everyone I encountered was both polite and knowledgeable. They all helped me to make all the arrangements so that I didn't forget even the smallest detail.

I would recommend Forsyth Memorial Park to anyone. The caring and compassionate staff help make a difficult task a little easier. It's a beautiful cemetery that's always kept clean and well maintained. It's so peaceful and serene.

Rheta and the rest of the staff at Forsyth Memorial Park are very helpful, professional and caring. Most important, the grounds are kept in immaculate condition. I highly recommend the services that are provided.

Retha and Jenna are very comforting and amazing. These ladies are a Godsend during my darkest time.

A capable and caring staff coupled with a beautiful park. Exceeded my expectations.

Everything was exceptional,no pressure or issues.

Beautiful place but a lot of gravestones looked unkempt.

Lady helping to pick out markers and explain everything was not caring at all. She was there to collect payment and that's all. Unfortunately I've had to deal a few arrangements over last year and this was worst one.

While I understand there are renovations happening it's still terrible the shape that the roads are in around the cemetery. The entrance is absolutely not safe, drain covers upright and big holes for a car to fall in. .

They are unprofessional and super disrespectful of grieving families. Most recently, they removed all of the flowers and memorabilia from my mother’s grave. They took fake flowers out of the vase and replaced them with the dead steams of real flowers. The family received no notice that they intended to desecrate our loved one’s resting place and we were not given the opportunity to retrieve any of the items, which included a fake arrangement made by the children and grandchildren for the one year anniversary of our mother/grandmother passing. It was left untouched for a year and maintained monthly by the family to ensure it remained beautiful. I cannot overstate the lack of compassion and horrible unprofessionalism of this establishment.

When reviewing the grave, it was the wrong one. The lady that handled the paperwork for the grave was clearly annoyed it wasn’t her job. The obituary was wrong, which upset my dad. Despite providing pictures my moma’s hair looked like a poodle, which upset my sister and granny. I had to proof read the pamphlet 3 times to correct things that would have been caught by spell check. On the plus side, the staff did work to correct the mistakes. We still don’t have the death certificate.

My father's monument was placed on the wrong grave. I called the office from the on-location site of his grave, but no one could come out to meet me and see this mistake. The representative said a form would need to be completed and given to the "cemetery guy." I received a text three days later stating I would be notified when the monument was moved to the correct spot. Disgraceful.

Horrible customer service in a time where all you need is closure and the best for your loved one . Wish we would have never chose to use them for our family .

Update: Terri is kind but as far as the graveyard staff, no one follows through with anything . It’s like dealing with a circus .
