Wonderful costumer service! I recently had a late afternoon appointment and prescription was sent in right after store hours. The pharmacist recognized it was a medication that needed to be started asap and messaged me stating they would wait for me to pick it up. You can’t get service like that at other big named pharmacies! We never have to wait longer than 5 minutes in the drive thru and everyone is always so friendly. I will always highly recommend this business!

Was pleasantly surprised when I dropped in to get a covid vaccine shot by the cheerful, courteous, friendly, and professional people who work here. This is the kind of small town business I grew up with in the 60s a drug store that is actually a drug store instead of a convenience store with a pharmacy. Great selection of vitamins, supplements, canes, walkers, EZ up chairs and of course a pharmacy with smiling faces behind the counter. Can not say enough good things about the friendly and knowledgeable staff that work here !

Wonderful business!! The people there are kind and professional. Once, a prescription was forgotten and they brought it to our house. I can't say enough good about them!!

I have been a customer here since I moved to the area over 13yrs ago. The personal care & attention they give you is truly EXTRAORDINARY & incomparable to the big name pharmacies. They look for savings without you even asking. I could write a short novel on how much I love them, but I’ll just leave a couple of examples.
#1: They took such great care & had so much patience with my father who passed away 3+ yrs ago. He was not the easiest, most patient customer 🤣 They always asked how he was doing during his final months. And they still always ask how my mom is doing since he passed.
#2: I got a mild concussion at work last week & was unsure if I needed to go to a doctor. The pharmacist took the time to go through my symptoms & agreed that it probably wasn’t necessary. BUT she also went through the symptoms I needed to look out for, in which case I should go to the doc immediately. I went to the doc for something else today & they confirmed they did exactly the right thing.
I will remain an evangelical customer of theirs for as long as I live here.
Words cannot express how much I appreciate them. But hopefully this is a good start. ❤❤❤❤

I fired CVS for multiple reasons: Their automated phone service, whether you call them or even when they call you. When I call Lewisville Drugs, I am able to speak with their staff, with no on hold time! Efficient, friendly and very helpful! harharassed

This place should be the gold standard by which other pharmacies should strive to be like. Pharmacist Vance and the rest of their passionate Pharmacy team brings compassion & kindness to their pharmacy clients. When you become a customer of Lewisville Drug Company, you become a member of their family. I just don't know why anyone would go to a Mega Pharmacy! Wow a pharmacy that wants to take care of their clients and ensure that they are healthy in their pursuit of happiness. What a breath of fresh air!

This is, by far, the best drug store I have ever been in to. Talk about customer service - it simply doesn't get any better than this. It's very easy to phone in a refill, they have a drive up, they go out of their way to make sure you understand your medications and to save you money. And they are a local company, unlike the chain stores where your dollars go to a corporation in another state a lot of times. I highly recommend Lewisville Drug!!

These guys are the best! I wouldn’t go to any other pharmacy. They get to know you, they LISTEN, and they treat you like family. They go above and beyond, for sure.
