Lowe's Garden Center

Best knowledgeable employees in the entire Lowe's store. You'll almost always find what you need here when it comes to gardening and at a really great price. But don't go to the app for aisle locations. Those are often wrong. Ask the people who work here. I also love that the garden center is a haven for birds. Generations of feathered friends have lived here. Some are so families with humans they will eat seed out of your hand.

Last weekend when I went to Lowe’s in Sylva for their 40 lb bag of wood pellets I was told all they had available at that time were bags that had been ripped ( from grabbing incorrectly). So I was told if I wanted to walk way up front I could get them for half price. Due to my time constraints I didn’t have time. Today Saturday the 7th of April I called the store to see if they had anymore of the 40 lb bags. I was told there were 10 bags left so I drove the 17miles. When I got there they rang up the bags and then couldn’t find them. After it was determined they were not available I was able to go thru the cashier in the garden shop to get my money back. Humm she-said I could of received the discount thru the garden shop last weekend. Altogether an unpleasant experience and a waste of time.

Poor customer service in the lumbar department. Over heard one worker who was willing to answer questions but unwilling to walk away from the desk tell another co-worker to learn to delegate. Lowe's must now be delegating it customer services to the customer.
