I know that my estate is well prepped for my daughter.

Kirsten Hildebrand, Esq. and her staff commencing in Spring 2020 articulated a dazzling array of cutting-edge strategies and shepherded me through the factors that go into every estate plan. As such, she customized pathways that meet the unique needs of advanced-age clients providing me with adaptable routes in the form of beneficiaries, method of distribution, successor trustee/executor/financial POA, heath care POA, will, trust modification, inter alia. As an addendum to these 2020 events, Attorney Hildebrand invoked legal means to disabuse claimants in flagrante delicto of my assets. In the subsequent year thereto, she provided guidance for the ancillary tasks including as follows: acquisition of a certified death certificate, provision of affidavit of an heirship decedent, recovery of a property deed of trust, generation of a net worth assessment, and explication of retirement plan tax withholding protocols. Finally, the coda to this story occurred in February 2022 when Attorney Hildebrand featured me as a valued client in the monthly issue of the law firm's newsletter. The article which chronicled my 28-year naval career and was appended by my long university academic teaching career in mathematics received fulsome praise from cognizant entities. Attorney Hildebrand's tribute on my behalf remains a beacon for this early octogenarian still active as an academician.
