First time coming to the store new Manger Tay was very nice & informative & took care of my refund with no problem. I recently stopped in and notice they layout change. Everything looks organized & accessible! Will be coming back again :)

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable of the products they sell.

The staff here are very polite. However, for some reason this location plays by it's own set of rules with business hours. I have visited multiple times during their business hours, only to find a locked door and the lights off.

Today I am here 40 minutes before closing, and the doors are already locked. There are two notices for packages that couldn't be delivered because it appears no one was here all day.

What is going on with thos location?
