Best Buy

This is a good Best Buy store. Employees are welcoming and very helpful when you have questions or need help with anything. They are very nice. My brothers really like going here. Lots of good deals pop up once in a while too. There are lots of options to choose from for the basics such as appliances and commonly used electronics, or there are lots of more specific items for gaming, photography, phones, etc. It’s fun just to walk around in the store and look at everything they have, even if you don’t need a specific device. I recommend this location.

Plenty of product availability and friendly staff. Nice to see it has more products and displays set up on the floor, where in the past it used to be a lot emptier.

Luca has always been nice and had him a few times as we purchased different items and knows a lot about different items in the store. Also him and a coworker helped put a dryer in our SUV that we literally thought it wouldnt fit cuz the dryer was big and our Ford Escape was not big but it worked. Thanks again to Luca and his coworker but Thanks to his great customer service.

Lots of space in the store and several workers who were very friendly and happy to help. A little tough to find things, but this was a few days before Christmas, so I'm sure that contributed to things being a little out of order.

This Brst Buy in Fox Point is GREAT! The floor and Geek Squad staff are ALWAYS coutepus, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommend thos place if you want good service and attention!

Wanted to make a small purchase yesterday, and yesterday being Black Friday, I wasn't sure of what my odds were going to be. Well let me tell you that Hunter went above and beyond what I expected yesterday. He and several of his fellow co-workers were hunting (no pun intended) down a Mic/Webcam Kit for me. Yes it took a while but he and his crew never gave up and finally found the one that the store said it had in stock. From a guy who'd been podcasting for 10 yrs and needed a serious upgrade, you made it happen. Thank you so very much.

Bought 2 7.0 cu chest freezers on sale. Wasn't sure if they could fit in my truck but with the help of the awesome staff there we got it done! Thanks so much for all the help.

As someone who shops here often, a lot of these bad reviews are false.

1. Best Buy stores do not have direct lines. Calling a store will always redirect you to a national hotline. They aren't ignoring your call, they just dont receive it.

2. If you need help, just ask the host(ess) to send someone over. You cant just sit in an aisle and expect one of the few Sales workers to know you need help. By letting the greeter know you need help they can relay the info to everyone so the workers actually know where to go.

3. In addition to my last point, there is a “line” of people who are being helped. You cant just walk in and expect help right away on a busy day, you have to wait your turn.

Was able to return an item quickly and without hassle. Floor staff are always helpful.

Wanted to share how great Gabe was in helping us find a microwave oven to fit the space we have now. Gabe works at the Fox Point Best Buy. Thanks for your help.

The purchase online and the pick up was very good. My biggest downside to this store is it always looks messy and rundown compared to the other stores in the area. The staff seems ok, and they are very competent as far as product knowledge, just seems.lkke the store is dark and not very organized. However, because of the ease of pickup and staff knowledge, I will give 5 stars.

Just got the new note 10+, little did I know I needed a small adapter to hook up my aux cord, needless to say it doesn't come with it, looked around local phone shops with no luck, visited best buy and sure enough there it was, Thanks Best Buy...

They kept their online stock list more updated than their in store display stock. Walked in, didn't see what they said they had, so they found it for me in the back. It's the little things like this that keep me coming here.

Best Buy has always been there for me with the latest gadgets and office supply. Now with the Geek Squad, it's easier than ever to install and use.

Purchased some ear buds on 7/27 for less than thier price because I found a sticker on the item for $50 less. Than on 8/20 found a price even lower so took it in and they reduced the price an additional $40. So in the long run I ended up paying $90 less! Amazing that they were able to meet the lowest price 24 days later. Great service with zero hesitancy on Best Buy's part. Always do your homework and watch prices even after purchase, it may be worth it!
