Pharmacist Chris and his staff were courteous and accommodated my walk-up Covid booster vaccination request despite the pharmacy being very busy with several other customers. The team provided excellent customer service to me and the other customers that were with me while I was in the pharmacy. The team in this store obviously works hard to deliver good service to their valued customers.

Great experience with the minute clinic. Staff is wonderful and I’m glad that it’s very close to home.

Initially had a negative experience with the pharmacist that involved me walking out without my daughter's medication after some choice words were traded. Despite the tense interaction, the pharmacist followed up and made it right. He could've went about his day and chalked it up to a bad interaction but he acted like the bigger person and rectified the situation. Really impressed.

The girl I talked to today was very understanding and was able to solve my 3 questions. I am so glad that CVS has gotten a better person to answer the phone.

I love CVS in Fox Point!! I pick up my medication every month, they also have it in stock, the pharmacist greets you by name. They are very friendly, and professional!

Always helpful and very fast service at the pharmacy and the staff is always willing to help on the floor questions also ! Moved from Walgreens pharmacy...they have the worst wait times!!
