I ate for the first time here since only being home from Italy for 3 days and this pizza was better than almost every one that I had in Italy. The appetizers were phenomenal as well. Presentation 100/10. I only wish the appetizers were bigger, but that’s nothing against them. I just.. wanted more.

Staff was very friendly. The oven itself is beautiful. Service was great.

Would absolutely recommend coming here and eating anything and everything on the menu.

This place offers a unique Italian style pizza and spirits experience. Delicious oven baked thin crust pizza, nice selection of antipasti, and a large selection of wines and vermouths. Offers a unique vermouth flight I’ve not seen elsewhere. Loved their mushroom white based pizza.

Service was quick and splendid, food was also quick and delicious. Nice outdoor seating but also beautiful and atmospheric lowlight indoor seating too. Love the bar area here and I also noticed a micra marazocco espresso machine, so I bet they have delicious espresso as well.
Definitely coming back to try their vermouth sampler and antipasti.

Outstanding! Loved the pizza, gnocchi, and pickled veg. Can’t wait to go back and try everything else. The gnocchi are some of the best I have ever had (including better than FIG in Charleston). The interior is so well done and the service was perfect: friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The prices are very reasonable given the high quality of product and craftsmanship. This is my new favorite restaurant in Cary, hands down.

(My only regret is not taking pics of the food. We got too excited and ate it too quickly!)

By far my favorite pizza in the area. I will drive 30 minutes from Raleigh to Cary for dinner here. I love the wood fired pizzas, obviously, but the salads, pickled items, and the CAULIFLOWER are also SO good. Clearly run by a team who cares about high quality ingredients and making sure guests feel welcomed.

Firstly, the people were incredibly nice. The hostess was really kind, and set the tone for the whole dining experience. And the pizzas were delicious. Between Faulisi and Cugino Forno, I think I’d go with Faulisi because of the better selection. They have a ton of great options. We will absolutely be back.

Definitely worth a trip. The food was amazing. All of the flavors were so unique and complimentary and all of the pizzas have the good fresh mozzarella that’s creamy and delicious. They let us order the pesto pizza, even though it wasn’t on the lunch menu. And that was our favorite with the spicy peppers and pesto. The spicy pepperoni, Salumi was rather good as well. And the salad with lemon vinaigrette and balsamic is something special.

My favorite place to eat pizza. It truly is fabulous, from the atmosphere to the best pizza you eat. You will be hooked from that very first bite. I promise they will not disappoint. The gnocchi was to die for and I can’t wait for our next visit. We do go every other month. I would eat there every week if I could. When the owner recognizes you every time you visit and she takes the time to come and have a conversation with, wow, that is cool. Thank you again for another wonderful visit.

A very underrated pizzeria! Their outside seating has been much improved since they’ve opened. It was cozy and comfortable. Food was impeccable and service was great! We had Sydney who took special care of our table & suggested an excellent bottle of Lambrusco (so good, we had 2!). Our toddler loved the pizza as much as we did especially their bread (with the Burrata)-yum! You can tell everything was prepared with highest care and attention to detail. We will be back again to take visiting families here!

We love this place. The house bread with ricotta would be enough to keep us coming back. But every menu item is crafted with care. We highly recommend the seasonal menu. Local ingredients make for a top notch culinary experience.

The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Busy but service was good. Pizza is tasty, really liked the Saluma and the Funghi pizzas but they're a little greasy. Only complaint is their wine and prosecco pours by the glass are skimpy for the price.
Update:
We've been countless times now and have never been disappointed. Favorite pizza is the Why Not with prosciutto, pineapple and hint of chili. The Salumi has a real kick after a slice or two and can be a bit greasy but that is what you get with a ton of soprosetta. The Baby Goat is a pleasant refresher between bites of the meaty options. The crust has beautiful leoparding and is pleasantly crisp chewy. Pay attention to their specials. Go for options like bolognese gnocchi and burrata with pumpkin seeds and acorn squash. And their caesar cauliflower is super tasty. The wait staff are helpful and charming. We love walking in after a cocktail at Sidebar, ordering a good bottle of wine and a couple of pizzas.

I'm not a big fan of cauliflower, but the cauliflower in Caesar was fantastic. I'd eat cauliflower more often if it was prepared like this each time!

The "Red, White and Blue" pizza as well as the "Why Not" pizza we're equally delicious. The depth of flavor on both was impressive and the crust was cooked just right.

We planned on golfing this day but the weather didn't cooperate. Disappointment turned delight after we sat down at the bar top of Pizzeria Faulisi. Our server Nikki not only had on point recommendations for both the food and the drink, but was splendidly engaging to talk to. One of my go to's is to always ask about an individual's favorites. I posed the question after the savory and relaxing history based Madeira flights. Without hesitation she recommended Mancino Vermouth. As soon as it hit my nose I fell in love. It was a balanced bouquet I probably spent more time sniffing than sipping. I've never sipped vermouth on its own before. It was my first time 😉. I hope it's not too difficult to track down a bottle to take home. The Vermouth was the star of the afternoon for me, but nothing that touched my lips was lacking. If anyone is looking for a delicious but not too heavy experience, in addition to the above we had the Ricotta Gnocchi, the Fungi pizza, Tiramisu and a crafted Vanilla Bean Stracciatella. We didn't intend on two desserts, but a misunderstanding when I ordered an espresso to go with the Tiramisu resulted in welcome mix up. (We had been debating the two different desserts initially). So all being said we are so glad the weather changed our course towards this perfected niche gem.

This is by far one of the best pizzerias in the area.
The Why Not pizza could have used a bit less cheese, but was still delicious. The Pinot Noir paired perfectly with their delicious Margherita pizza. Service was very friendly.

One of the best local restaurants in Cary. Super knowledgeable and welcoming staff, with great recommendations and personal interactions. Colleen was our server and took great care of us. While their menu is smaller, they execute it all so well. The menu is made with fresh and high quality ingredients! We got the arugula salad, soppressata pizza and caramel cheesecake which were all amazing. Our server Colleen recommend we try their house flight of vermouths which were great to learn about and taste. Highly recommend this little hidden gem in downtown cary. The perfect weekend lunch spot!

Bar none, the best pizza in RTP. On the off chance that you already ate pizza this week, try the lunch sandwiches. Or, just stop by for a drink: the limited edition Sakura Machino Vermouth merits taking home a few bottles.

Very attentive service and amazing food! The gnocchi melted in our mouths, pizza was incredible, and the tiramisu and cannoli were to die for!

Really enjoyed this place! The Marghareta is kind of a benchmark pie, so that's what I ordered and it was great. Had a delicious wine while I waited for the pie to finish. I have become a bit of a pizza fanatic over the last few months, having taken a trip to Italy and experienced the more classic and traditional pizzas and now making my own dough and pizza at home. So, I like to think I know just enough to have an opinion. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something artisan and outside of the NY style or American takeout pizza.

Absolutely the best pizza in RTP. Everything we ordered was amazing, including the pizza with dough and ricotta handle and homemade gnocchi. Thin crust pizza with thicker edges cooked perfectly to get char on edges, like we asked. We'll never miss the NY pizza anymore. The service and atmosphere was great too.

The pizza here is always excellent. I like the chewy dough and crispy crust, and the ingredients they use on the variety of pizzas they make are top notch. I’ve never been disappointed here yet. Being that it’s a small place, on busy nights it can be quite crowded but there’s a bar next door and a brewery too, so you can spend some time there while you wait on a table to free up at Pizzeria Faulisi. Cocktails is something that is no longer on the menu at Faulisi, although they used to make great ones. But they do still offer beer & wine and we enjoyed both with this dinner. There aren’t many pizza places I’d say are a must, but this place is.
