AT&T Store

My mother and I needed to replaced a phone because it was no longer reading SIM cards. She had gone to the Apple store beforehand, and as it turns out they gave her a lot of misinformation. We came here trying to get everything sorted in the best way and Adam Zamora helped us immensely. He gave us all of the needed information while showing us our lines and helping us add up everything we needed to pay. He really knew what he was doing and it took a weight off of our shoulders. He sorted everything for us and was very kind and patient. It really made our visit worthwhile and efficient.

I’ve been going to this location since 2018 or 2019. I’ve usually been helped by a man, I think his name is Max. I honestly can’t remember. But he’s taken good care of me when I came in for my own line after being on my moms. I went yesterday 9/22/2023, and I was helped by an associate with long black hair and black thick glasses (I forgot her name) and Stephanie, both were really nice and did their best to answer my questions and help me with the process of getting a new phone

I was at the Verizon store that is in the same building and gave them a bad review for how they handled my situation, so I came over here and Emmanuel helped me out. It was rough getting my phone number over and stuff happened in between, but I appreciate him for sticking with it, to try and help me get settled with my account. I am receiving a bunch of discounts that Verizon never game me and I’m probably getting my family and girlfriend over to my account. Em gave great customer service and will be going to him for future additions of devices.

Leticia is the BEST sales person!!! She is EXTREMELY helpful and patient - ask for her when you get here. John, the manager, is one of the BEST manager's I have encountered in awhile. They both were diligent and actually cared about what I wanted/needed. Even the other sales reps that assisted were good. The customer service is truly great. Thanks again guys! :)

Ran into a pickle when wanting to cancel internet service over the phone so i went in person to have information reset. The manager Moses was VERY helpful! Got me on the phone with the right people to confirm my identity in person and had them cancel it.

Convenient for a FedEx to be up the mall strip to have the box sent where it needed to be.

My husband and I were immediately given attention as soon as we walked in. Leti is very knowledgeable about the new iPhone 14 Pros. She walked everything with us. We are in our late 70’s and technology is getting away from us. Leti was the right person that put us to ease. By the time we were leaving she had made sure that we felt confident we were able to handle those new phones. Please keep employees like Leti working at your stores. Our visit was a very pleasant one.

We have been customers with AT&T for years and rarely need to come into a store front. We have had good experiences and poor experiences. We needed to come in last week to add a phone, upgrade and add a line. We ended up being assigned to Roxie as our sales rep. We had been driving a while that day and we’re tired and not wanting to really be there, but Roxie found a way to turn our exhaustion into a wonderful experience. She got us set up with the devices we needed and was a real pleasure to work with her. By the time that we left we were laughing and promising we would return to say hi next time we were in town. I just left the AT&T store in San Antonio at Huebner and I dealt with an assistant named Kurt.
Kurt was the most helpful AT&T employee I have ever run into I’ve already been to five other stores and had to work with rude unhelpful AT&T employees Kurt got everything done in a timely manner maintain a calm professional voice and I am 100% satisfied .
in today’s world if I had 100 kurts I’d be a millionaire

The staff at this location provided top notch service! I had to make several stops within a weeks' time frame to purchase, return, activate, and reactivate. Each time I came in I was greeted with the friendliest approach and each member took on the issue at hand with no problem. I believe one of my visits took some brainstorming but with all the help, my issue was resolved. I avoid in-store stops but it's nice to know that if I ever need to stop at this location, I'd walk out one happy customer. The staff deserves 10 stars!!
