As a planner, florist, and decor rentals.. I recommended Skullies Street Q to my clients. Not only do they have the BEST brisket ever… their creative catering menu satisfies a wide variety of clients. They offer several options of service to fit into budgets from food truck, buffet, plated, stations, and full service catering truck needs. Amazing bartenders too!

Skullies Street Q food truck catered our wedding and we were very satisfied with the experience. Communication with the owner was very easy and they really provided a personalized service. We did order extra so our guests could have seconds, but due to miscommunication from our coordinator, one of our groomsmen provided feedback that when he requested seconds there was some pushback, but overall all of our guests really enjoyed the food, service, and professionalism with Skullies. We will be seeking them out at other events in the future and recommending them to others.

The food truck provided an amazing meal for my son's and daughter-in-law's rehearsal party. Everyone raved over the food, and the staff was professional and courteous. I highly recommend the pulled pork sliders.

We chose Skullies to serve their food from their truck at our wedding. The food was perfect and done in a timely fashion and Catherine was very accommodating! You haven’t had a good burger till you ate one of their burgers! CHOOSE SKULLIES! You won’t regret it!

Got the cheesesteak quesadilla with fries. The quesadilla was perfect - size, taste, all of it. And the fries also hit the spot! Great service and fairly priced! Recommend!

I apologize it took so long to leave a review! I’ve eaten from Skullies 3 times now. All three times the food was hot and delicious, the staff was kind and orderly, and I left satisfied with my food choice and price. Most recently they were downtown at Herman park for the jingle in the park. My husband, my two kids, and I were all happy with the food! It warmed us up on a cold night. If you have the chance stop by and order from Skullies. I have yet to regret doing so.

It took these clowns 30 minutes to not cook a grilled cheese sandwich! They were uncoordinated with orders and delivery. They read the order 6 times to get it on the grill. Then it came out NOT grilled because they rushed it out at the last minute. And for this privilege they got $15.00 and I got no food!! I would not eat uncooked food. But the best part is they didn’t care. So you decide if these clowns deserve your money.

Worst service I've ever had! Slow very slow they took 30 minutes to get a burger and many many people that ordered after me for there food way before me. Would not recommend to anyone

Call I went there because I was excited to try the food then when you get there they don’t offer the full menu. Don’t advertise some thing you can’t offer. Very disappointed if they are going to advertise they’re going to be at a location they should only post what they can offer
