Applebee's Grill + Bar

Excellent experience. My server, Cedric, was on point and provided menu advice and was attentive to our needs. I do not like sirloin steaks BUT this one was prepared to perfection and wonderfully seasoned. My broccoli was steamed precisely. It was not mushy nor too hard but was perfect.
It was not too crowdy and the food delivery was timely.
I strongly recommend the weekend lunch/ supper time.

The food was great with awesome portions But when I tell you our waitress Aniya was Terrible she was absolutely horrible. I truly hated her waiting on us. I asked was the coffee fresh before I ordered it and she said yes but brought me old coffee then went and brewed fresh coffee after I complained. Not once did she refill our drinks but stayed at the table(booth) in of me(I was facing that direction). She continously walked by us (booth 23) a countless number of times. If this waitress represents the training Applebees' is giving to its servers I feel sorry for them. Thank goodness the hostess came to our rescue. Yes a very bad experience

I visited on Jan 13th and my service was great. The server gave her full attention to all her customers. I had Shrimp Alfredo and it was delicious. I was really pleased.

High praise. Good management and staff. This is a go-to place for my wife and me. Food and service yesterday were terrific once again. I would not write this if I did not have repetitive, positive experiences here. I do not like anecdotal, one-time reviews whether good or bad. The menu is varied and flavorful. Honestly, I could order something different here every day of the week that would be enjoyable.

Great Service, Waitress was attentive Food was Hot and fast order of 2 for 30 BBQ boneless wings.Will say bathroom 🚻 need a little attention?B careful when using ladies restrooms one stall was out of tissue paper?

All the waiters were quick and helpful. I got a to go order and was helped immediately. When I came in because I forgot to ask for extra sauce every server that passed me asked me if I was helped and if I needed anything. Everyone is so friendly! Love coming here!

Came in before shopping had a great experience! Our server was very attentive and personable. Not always have had a good experience here but today I was very please. Our servers name was Jasmine. She was quick to get everyone's football game going on the tvs in front of them. A++

After we lost the Applebee's in Smithfield, I didn't think I'd visit one again. I'm happy to say I was wrong! I've been out to eat at this location twice now and both times I've had a great experience with the food and staff. Definitely recommended! Can't beat a bourbon street steak and the waffle fries.

The whole 🍎🐝's team were on top of its customers service skills. No matter what section they worked on and they came by and says are you finding everything to your liking? Yes💯

The service was great. The waiter was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

We had a small group that met there for a weekend get together and the service and staff were outstanding!

4/ 25/2023 -This was our first visit to this Applebee’s and it did not disappoint! My husband had the Fiesta lime chicken and I had the Oriental chicken salad and we shared onion rings for the appetizer. We did the two for $25 deal and it was very worth it! Our server Makala J was very nice and pleasant. She made food suggestions that were on point. The young lady hostess, that seated us, was bubbly and energetic, and we really enjoyed this dine in experience!

Monty is the BEST manager hands down. Thank you for amazing service
