I don't normally take the time to write reviews. However, the service we received from Anne at Belk Goldsboro, NC on Saturday was exceptional. I was shopping with my elderly mother who had lost a lot of weight and needed lots of new clothes. She was so extremely helpful and so kind to my mother. She made this overwhelming shopping experience so so much better. Thanks Anne!

My sister and I went to Belks in Goldsboro, NC yesterday February 19th. We found exactly what we needed and many other things. The store was organized and it was very easy to find what we needed, probably a little to easy! We were able to shop, use the fitting rooms and check out very easily. We shopped, bought a few things and then went into the mall to other stores. Then we came back through Belks and bought a few more things. Through both transactions, it was easy to find a cash register and we never had to wait in a line. Both times a lady named Patty checked us out. She was very friendly and reminded professional the entire time. We've meet her over our past visits and she's always treated us with respect. She's the kind of person that makes you feel special. Overall we had a great experience yesterday!

they have everything I want and need here and good products and best quality clothing and fragrances.

My favorite place to shop for clothes and shoes. Have bought jewelry, sheets, comforter and other items. Will definitely return when I need something else. They have a great selection of everything.

This was a big store. It's on the back of Berkeley Mall and that was a bit confusing at first because malls are generally closing up.

This store didn't disappoint, it had everything we came to get, including the Donegal Sport Jacket in my size. They had a lot of stuff in this location.

Now for the best part, the people who make this place special. Everyone we encountered was especially nice and very accommodating. This goes double for the cashier's who checked us out at both parts of this store.

FYI, the children's, linen and general merchandise are in a separate store. They are side by side and very easy to get to, either inside the mall or outside.

This is a very nice store with a huge selection.

Mr Rick helped me so so much. He was amazing, went wat out of his way. Give that man a raise. I will be back just because of him.

I had an online order to pick up as well as a few things I found on store. In no time I had both an was on my way. Not to mention with a 10 dollar gift card. Icing was the extremely friendly and personable salesperson, who really kept my holiday spirit on high. Makes my shopping experience the best. Hats off.

Went in to exchange a Bulova watch and asked a sales person for help, her name was Melissa, even though she was busy in the moment she was quick, super friendly and helpful! Great customer service overall!

Good selection, quiet, not too crowded, and the employees are helpful. One lady talked my mom through fitting me for a bra because they weren't actually allowed to do it because of the pandemic, and she made a perfect fit!

Customer friendly even though lines were long at customer service. sales associates were very patient and friendly with my return purchase. Protocol was in place and store was very clean and well stocked. Very good shopping experience.

I had both the privilege and pleasure of being helped by Jaquez in the men's department while shopping today. He was a mannerly young man with an incredibly pleasant disposition, efficient and knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service from Brenda in ladies department as I was shopping with my mother. She apparently has been working there 25 years. How remarkable. Will try and get Brenda on our next shopping visit.

Good quality clothing, jewelry, and accessories. Also it is connected to the Berkeley Mall. Best time to go is when they have there sale events! My mom and I saved a lot of money, when we make our special trips just to go and enjoy the Sale Events! which they have a lot of sales going on most of the time.

Visited house Ware Dept. Staff assistant greatly appreciated. Friendly, clean, great choice to choose from. Great location, in rear of mall, handicap accessible, plenty parking, not over crowed due to holidays.

Got the dress I wanted. Wasn't thrilled about the $10 text to get $10 off deal. Didn't work and must have been other people complaining also. Associate apologized. 🙃
