I've been to Staples several times since the Office Depot near me closed. Nearly every time I've been in the store, I've been helped by an employee named Hamza. He's always been quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. He genuinely seems to enjoy helping his customers, which is a rare find these days. I go to Staples regularly now because of Hamza. Thank you for the great service, sir! And congratulations to Staples on having such a phenomenal employee.

Katherine in the Print department was very helpful. We had a large project with a short deadline and no other stores seemed willing to assist. She went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct and that it was completed in time. We will definitely use this service again if needed. Thank you Katherine!

I had ordered some address labels online and upon picking them up in the store they looked nothing like the online image. The associate at the copy & print counter was extremely understanding and gracious when I showed her the difference in the images and took the time to help me recreate the labels and then re-printed them at no extra cost to me. To make it more complicated they were SLAMMED busy. I was extremely grateful for her patience and understanding to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

Jonathan helped problem solve and come up with a wonderful solution. He and the other staff were very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding. He and the staff went out of their way to help resolve my problem. I highly recommend this Staples.

Staff is very helpful and the store is clean. Wide selection of pretty much anything you need as far as tech and office supplies goes, if they don’t have it in the store they can order it for you. To the people complaining about the Copy & Print Center, it’s a first come, first serve policy. They offer self service machines for those people in a hurry. Expecting a production to be stopped in the middle of a job for a few copies is unrealistic. The Copy & Print staff is very helpful and will do their best to make sure you leave a happy customer. But people need to realize that jobs are submitted online as well as in store, so just because there’s not a line doesn’t mean they’re not busy. They’ll do their best to fit you in between jobs, but the self serve is available and they’re always happy to get you setup on those machines to make your trip quicker. You can also always submit your orders online to have them ready to be picked up when you arrive. There’s a new option to have a rush order done as well within a hour, it’s a little extra, but if you’re in a hurry it’s an option that they can show you.

Just like any other staples. Note this one has a Amazon drop-off location and an entire area to do custom prints, signs, etc.

I had to make copies of something from my email. The woman helped me to send it to the Staples email and to get another from a web page. She was very knowledgeable and still was able to take care of other customers while I tried to figure things out. She also showed my husband how to use the copier. All employees were very friendly.

I dropped my iPad off to have the screen cleaned and recoated. Austin was very friendly and helpful. He did a wonderful job on my pad and answered a few other question as well. Terrific service! Thanks !

After going to 3 other stores to find a charger for my Samsung Galaxy s5 - Cory took the time to help me find the right one. It just took a few minutes but meant so much as my mom had just been taken to the ER and I needed my phone more than ever!!
